It was fantastic to be able to get a small loan to see me through. There were some issues with links to download statements etc thou. The staff were friendly and professional throughout the process. And it was great for the follow up courtesy call reminding me of the loan details and changes/fees if any were to occur with regards to payments.

this company gave me the biggest run around i got a contract and signed it and than i was told I needed to send through some details and i did that. however the ladies on the phone were so rude, I spoke to a lady called Chris she was so incredibly rude. a lady called Sharnie hung up on me after asked for my reference when i picked up my work phone and my references said they were very rude. I will however say that your Assessment team were very polite, however they take a while to get back to you.

These guys will rip you off, Badly, so don't make a mistake.
I made an honest (1st and last time) mistake with my transfers, and transferred too much money into my savings account leaving my main trading account just shy of the amount required to fulfill the automatic transfers.
So for the sake of $160 which overdrew my account just slightly the bank then reversed the transfer and I got charged $5 from my bank (CBA - which they happily reversed, as this happened as a one off).
But Safe Finance proceeded to charge me a whopping $35 dishonor fee, when I rang them to explain the situation they simply said well it's in the contract.

The guy was unwilling to even negotiate on this fee.

Thanks to these guys they are miracle workers they helped me out of sticky situation, they go above and beyond to help you out in every way whether it s just a loan or to pay outstanding debts they do it effortlessly

ABSOLUTE STUPID COMPANY, for $1000 they questioned u things that the bank dont even ask! They should be shut down! And also the customer service women that work there are absolute rude they havw no respect if you dont want to do the job stay home! BIG NO GO FOR THIS COMPANY! Honestly dont waist your time people theres other companys that will give you a loan in 20min not this service! This service wants to know what you had for lunch in the last hr!

The service from this company is outstanding. Their staff are polite, respectful & wonderful to deal with.

Took a loan some time ago and had one payment to go, accidentally missed it and I received a call from someone who was extremely rude, threatening a default over a pitiful amount that I am happy to pay. Explained I was busy at work and the person would not let me get off the phone.

What a joke of a company! Asking the most ridiculous questions and not to mention absolutely rude! I will be taking this further. I will not stand for this attitude.

worst company to ever deal with . there website states they are hear to help and not even a phone call just a text message. they arent there to help they will tarnish your credit file more by going through them. DO NOT USE EVER LOOK ELSEWHERE.
