Organisation skills are poor, communication is poor, would not recommended sorry.

Worst experience ever! Not only not helpful at all, also the staff was extremely rude!

Worst experience I have had with a real estate agency. Unprofessional, rude, they seem to make up the rules as they go, very poor communication. Not recommended at all.

Very poorly organized & poor communication. On one occasion the tenants physically blocked them from doing an inspection but they didn't notify us until months later. After 18 yrs with them we'd had enough.
During the 60 day notice period we had to give them when we left they wouldn't return phone calls or pay rates bills etc. yet still happily charged a management fee - which was 30% more than we are now paying elsewhere! And we are now getting up to 20% more in rent!
I can't recommend them at all.

Late to inspections. Don't advise when rescheduled inspection. Sent out letter to list of tennants asking to vacate properties (accidentally). Not reliable for us! Can't recommend!

This agency is far better than their reviews might suggest. I wish to thank Marlene and Cara in securing and managing our rental agreement through difficult times , especially with an agent handover. They are very prompt, friendly and courteous and treat tenants with a lot of respect. Great work and thank you for your support.
