Very poorly organized & poor communication. On one occasion the tenants physically blocked them from doing an inspection but they didn't notify us until months later. After 18 yrs with them we'd had enough.
During the 60 day notice period we had to give them when we left they wouldn't return phone calls or pay rates bills etc. yet still happily charged a management fee - which was 30% more than we are now paying elsewhere! And we are now getting up to 20% more in rent!
I can't recommend them at all.
