My mom is here and I wish she didnt have to be. They are very unprofessional and tried to lie about something so simple. My mom has complained to me multiple times about being there but unfortunately its not safe to move elsewhere during COVID. If I could get her out now I would. I can only imagine how horrible people get treated there while family members are not allowed inside to check on their loved ones.
I have worked with and around the facility administrator for the past 18 years, I would trust my loved ones to come to this facility for excellent care
Thank you for getting me through a very hard time in my life. I had just had a major surgery and was not able to even walk when I arrived. The staff and administration was very helpful and informative always answering my concerns and working with my family keeping them in the loop. I was feeling a little hopeless and the Nurses and Therapist help keep me positive and focused on my recovery. When I left it was walking and feeling good about my life again. Thank You
My Father passed away at this facility,and no one knows why,He had been sent to Post Acute for therapy to build his strength back up,after being in the hospital a couple weeks,,He was doin fine,,,going to be sent home in a few days,,I saw him yeasterday alive and well,,,Today "Gone" the emergency call button had been broken ,for several days i kept telling the nurses about it,,I Wonder if he even attempted to push it,,ill never know,,,,also he would say how long it took,, like, sometimes,45 min for a simple glass a water to be brought after a verbal request was made,,, no one at post acute can tell us why he suddenly passed,,, We Love You Dad,,Someday hopefully truth will be revealed,,and my family can have closure,,,
Great facility and awesome nursing staff. Everyone at Sacramento Post Acute is nice, friendly and cares about all their patients and each other. Anyone bringing their loved one here will have no worries at all.
Excellent Facility. I trust this staff and administrator and wouldn t hesitate to put the care of my close family and friends into their hands. Great service and loving care is hard to find, so when you find it, you want to tell others.
The administrator is very kind, attentive, and sincerely interested in providing the best care possible during a difficult time.

I experienced unkown territory with a lot of fear. The staff was caring compassionate and reassuring. They are sufficient and skilled. They can change your mind about convalescent rehabilitation.
Do not leave anyone in this place. My mother is dying from an infection because they are incompetent. Do not use this place. I hope with this complaint they will close down
He could stand and transfer to a wheelchair, do the parell bars and put his own clothes on. When I refused to allow him back there, after yet another hospital visit, he could no longer sit up on his own, his toe nails curved over the tops of his toes- but of course the pediatric doc had seen him(and billed me) - the cottage cheese guck in his feet made his visiter vomit, currently he will NOT go into a shower room for fear of breaking a bone (which happened to him at Sac post acute) If you want your loved one to deteariate this is the place to be.
And NEVER allow a nurse named Sarah to attend your loved one. David this ones on you. Also expect their belongs to disappear - coats, shoes, jackets, books basically anything non-personal or traceable or sellable. The staff should be drug tested. .
My very close friend was checked into this facility a week ago after being in a debilitating car accident. The care was neglectful and staff were cold and unpersonable. When he checked into the facility he had a gold labrodite ring on. We did not take the ring off because it had not been off in years and would not easily pass his knuckle. When he was transferred out of the facility the ring was GONE before he left. None of us removed it and he did not have the strength to do this on his own. When confronted the management denied he had any jewelry on, showing his paperwork made no notes of jewelry. We were witness that IT WAS on him when he arrived. Theft of valuable jewelry and memories that cannot be replaced!
Terrible facility I was visiting my aunt and I seen a staff male staff member cursing out a patient I'm thinking about moving my aunt.
The staff has been wonderful, all around. Especially Nicole in Financial. ..thank you for all you do. Thank you for all who cared for my dad. This is not an easy job, god bless all of you who do this job. I so thank you!
Here at Sacramento Post-Acute the staff is always welcoming, caring, and amazing. We take pride in caring for our residents and maintaining a clean and safe place for them. If you ever have any questions, come see me at the front desk, I'm always available to help.
You really Have to stay on top of all departments. They are nice but lazy as the day is long. I would tell them I'm wet or I want out of bed. It would be hours before my needs are met. Being nice doesn't make up for you a good health care provider. Think twice before coming here.

My husband was transferred to this SNF after being in ICU and Acute Care hospitals. I found it to be unclean and not very professional. I cried the first night leaving him there. The second day my 12 year old daughter witnessed a man without his pants on in the hallway and also walked into her Dad's room (door was open) to see the staff "changing" the roommate who was also undressed (and male). After that I started to look for a different place. He was only there for maybe a week and a half I think. But it was the worst place he had been in for his rehabilitation overall.
Can t say enough about this facility. The nursing staff is amazing and treated my mom like their own. The administrator went above and beyond on several occasions to help us. My mom had dementia and was very difficult to manage at times, but they were always so respectful and patient with her. If I could give them 10 stars for a rating I would.
The staff is here very nice, for the most part they're pretty quick in responding to your needs, I understand that with so many patients that can be difficult to achieve, I want to give a callout to 2 outstanding tram members Taylor and Emily, whos positive upbeat personalities place them over the top, sorry but there are way too many other names that also deserves to be called out as well
The administrator and staff at Sacramento Post- Acute are very qualified and extremely kind and professional. I would feel completely at ease leaving my loved ones in their care.
Nice place the nurses are beautiful, and they really care for you. I was there for 30days with pneumonia recovering and they treated me well.
This facility helped a loved one during a tough time. It's nice to not have to worry about things when our main concern is getting our loved one back on their feet. Thanks so much! We will definitely recommend you all to anyone we talk to.
