Sacramento Occupational Medical Group Review

Dirty establishment and staff are not trained well at all. Can t even perform a basic blood draw. Essentially the dollar general of occupational facilities.

The staff is nice enough but they really need to update their online information. It says they open at 7, I made special arrangements to my schedule be there for 7 only to find out they have a little sign on their door saying they open at 8am.

The service is exceptional. This is one of the best places to take a medical DOT test in Sacramento area.

Well, office opened ten minutes later than sign on door, and they were super slow! Nice staff just a little low budget.

Same as every where. Only difference is not alot of people when I was there, which makes me think not alot of business (could be wrong). Staffs were ok, what makes this place different than other is seats. Omg there like 20 seating. Like what I said, maybe it wasn't busy when I came in but with all the chairs there a possibility. Quick in and out, this is because I came at 8:10am.

Is it me or the staff is just plainly rude,even the doctor is grouchy ..Really did not feel comfortable.The nurses will have full blow conversations and have you wait till there done to assist you smh.

Terrible experience! I went there to have my immigration form (I-693) filled and do the physical exam required by USCIS. They made 6 mistakes on a 14 page form. The receptionist refused to acknowledge their errors and went to blame me for not thoroughly checking the form. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes she was upset at me and threatening me that the doctor will not sign the form cause we had to redo it over and over again to correct their errors! I wasted many hours trying to catch their mistakes and correcting them! Wouldn't recommend! Stay away! They are negligent, incompetent and have poor customer service!
