Just spoke to customer service regarding a part for my machine, absolutely lovely person, sorted my problem out within seconds

Terrible, broke my machine instead of repairing it. Sold software for two years and decided not to offer support anymore because they don t know how to solve constant problems. Price fixing and staff don t know how to demo machines. Overlocker woman couldn t even manage to thread her machine to demonstrate to my group of sewers.
Okay I read the reviews on here. I feel they are okay. I have a janome sewing machine 1822. My son lost the race. I explain to the parts department over the phone. After a week I did get the part. All I would say is thank you for helping me out as this was gifted from my dad who passed away 2 years ago. I have had this machine for over 26 years now. It has great sentimental vaule for me. With out this my machine was useless. Now I can enjoy doing all the sewing I want.

Top marks for Peter, the wonderful engineer who came to my rescue a week ago, along with Sam who co ordinated the process from her home.
My precious 14,000 jammed at a time,which couldn't have been worse, amid the CV19 crisis. The packing for my machine was sent out, collection arranged the next day and Peter went into work on the Saturday to fix it. It was returned as soon as humanly possible after the Easter break, in perfect working order with a reminder to wipe down. The cost? A donation to the National Health. I could have cried.
Thank you to the whole team for the years of advice, information and support ... but this was above and beyond!

Rude staff on the phone. Paid for a part over a month ago. Still not received. Requested a refund unable to do and asked me to call back tomorrow? Hopeless. Without this part my machine is useless.
Agree with another review rude staff cannot wait to get you off the phone. They should be reminded without customers they would have no job. Products good, staff absolutely rubbish. Phoned the other day and was disgusted how rude they were, not to mention their lack of knowledge about their products.
