The company is great. I've been working here for a while now and I've never had any major complaints. The management is understanding and supportive.
No royalty payments in 4 months although the well is producing obviously. We live across the street. Customer service is -1 their computer are always on the fritz and they have no answers and will not call back
I have tried to get a problem solved since 2016 and no one cares or responds. Maybe Todd Levesque could do something.
No one answesr phone or get backs to you. We have hred attorney as they have not paid us for our royalties over a year and half and we have provided paperwork to them. Have heard from a number of folks this is occuring.
