I also got had a by a saleslady at Sandton City scoin shop and bought over R 150k' s worth of medallions +/- 7 years ago. I was also taken in by their "buy back" promises which they now deny. I was a bit hopefull 2 years ago when a lady by the name of Natalie Maroun took the CEO Alan Demby to task and the whole thing went public. Unfortunately her silence was bought (I have proof of that) and everything went south from there. I have come to terms with the fact that I was screwed and hopefully my son will one day get something from it.

Received excellent service from the SAGC Exchange once inside but its difficult to find if you don't know where your going. Getting out was also a mission as you don't have a pass key and the intercom to the security was not clearly marked

These guys are a scam. I bought mandela twin set, still in my possession, for 40 000 only to find out it was worth half that 19 000. They worked together with another company, gold 4 life. Do not trust them. SCAM! SCAM!
