I'm speechless as I write this. We got booked into a "5 star hotel" in Mykonos, Greece and the place was maybe a 2.5-3. No bar, no restaurant, no real services and it was falling apart. So we checked out early but still had to pay thousands of dollars. SR travel then booked us at new hotel but because they basically only scrape Expedia (still trying to figure out why), the new hotel didn't have availability. So we are sitting here homeless with 3 kids on a Greek island with no reasonable hotel options in front of us. I have never seen such incompetence in a professional service in my life. One disaster after another, the itinerary was all over the map, absurdly expensive trip and so poorly organized that I'm now considering legal action.
I booked corporate travel through S.R. Travel for many years and it was shocking to me how the quality of services declined over those years. It was a slow, steady, but very visible change which ultimately resulted in the termination of services and shifting to another travel agency. I highly recommend you book your corporate travel elsewhere. I can t speak to personal travel, but I assume the quality issues would extend across all types of travel.
