Working with ART Catering & Events for my November 2020 wedding and rehearsal dinner was a WONDERFUL experience! Rosemary was so patient and flexible as we worked to solidify our plans in a time of such uncertainty. Their Brick Landing venue is beautiful and was the perfect spot for our rehearsal dinner. The staff was professional and all of the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this vendor time and time again!

They catered my wedding this year and were great to work with from beginning to end. The ladies always got back to me quickly, gave honest advice and worked with me on all of my changes. They setup the CUTEST tasting for us. Pricing was very reasonable and the food was incredible.
ART Catering and Events was amazing! Terry and her whole team does an excellent job. They were always available when I had questions, wanted to added items to the menu. The whole ART Catering team was extremely professional. I had multiple wait staff come up to me during the night to make sure I had ate. They all offered to make me a plate. It was also great because they also provided the linens, in my color choice and helped flipped the ceremony area over to the reception area. We had the taco bar!! The food was incredible. I have had so many of our guest reach out to me about how good they taco bar was. They boxed up all the leftovers for my husband and I to take home!! The food was still great even as leftovers!! I would highly recommend!!
ART Catering was phenomenal to work with! From our first tasting to our actual wedding, ART Catering was extremely easy to work with. They have such a great selection of food at a great price. All of their employees were very professional. Our guests raved about the food and on our big day everything went so smoothly. It was also a plus that we were able to rent all linens for the wedding from them as well. That saved us from having to coordinate with a different company which took some stress from my plate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for any catering needs you may have.
We set up a contract with Art catering when we brought in crews from out of state to work on Hurricane cleanup. Overall I was not impressed with the food at all. Pricing was way above what we normally pay, even in disaster recovery situations, and quality was much much lower. I felt like we had to hold their hands through the whole process and it was more headache than it was worth. We had to do all the serving ourselves, and even with modest portions, we ran out of food pretty much every other day. It felt like there was a problem every day. One day it'd be the burgers weren't cooked nearly enough (like still red and cold), another they'd forget drinks completely, all buns were frozen, they'd be an hour late, they'd forget a non-pork option (we asked for this since the beginning), and the list goes on and on and on.
Maybe Art Catering would be better for weddings, but based on all the problems we had with serving basic breakfast, lunch, and dinners for a construction crew; no way would I trust them for a wedding. I can't offer any suggestions for wedding specific caterers in the Wilmington area, but for any casual company or family catering need, Terry's BBQ in Oak Point, NC was AMAZING. We hire caterers on jobs across the country and Terry is the best I've ever had. Prices were literally half of what Art Catering charged and his food was 10X better. Terry (owner of Terry's BBQ) is a professionally trained chef who can make anything you request. Even though he's more set up for casual service, I'm sure he could do weddings or any other event where you're in need of catering.
These people are AMAZING. They Catered a wedding I was coordinating, The food was amazing ,The communication for food and rental was awesome and the staff was so magnificent. I truely do not know what I would have done without Spring, Melissa and Eric. They made the event so so much easier on me. They were always on top of everything and I feel went above and beyond.
Rosemary was a such a helpful angel with getting the chairs, tables, linens and food coordinated. Did I mention that we planned this wedding in less than 7 weeks.. I can't thank you enough. Terry you have an amazing group of people working for you. Thank You all so much.
Rosemary and her team at ART Catering did a great job answering all of my questions when it came to putting together a destination microwedding for the bridal couple I was working with. She communicated well, was reliable, and the food was great! Definitely recommend ART Catering for your event!
Absolutely amazing food and service. A true pleasure to work with. Rosemary and Terry went out of their way. Highly recommend the pecan crusted chicken and brisket. And highly recommend ART Catering (and Brick Landing Plantation).
ART catered my husband and I s wedding in January. We both love food so having a unique array of high quality food to serve our friends and family was really important to us. Due to being out of town with work, we were unable to meet with ART in person for almost 4 months. But with Rachael s above and beyond customer service, sincerity, and kindhearted personality, we felt like we were meeting one of our close friends by the time we finally got to meet in person and taste the foods we had tentatively picked out.
When we arrived, it felt like ART had rolled out the red carpet for us from a cute, personalized chalkboard sign greeting us at the door to the candle lit table with fresh flowers to the service. The owner even came in to meet us and talk while we were there. It was a great experience; we left even more excited about our choice in catering.
With the help of Rachael, ART also catered our rehearsal dinner when our original caterer pulled out. As far as we know, everything went smoothly for the rehearsal dinner and day of. Rachael came up and gave us a big hug at the reception which meant a lot to see her since she helped us SO very much the months leading up to our wedding.
Our guests RAVED about the food! Aside from the ceremony and dessert, the food is probably what we heard the most compliments about. Everyone spoke so highly about the selection and how the food tasted!
Apart from some confusion about the number of servers + workers present vs. the number that we paid for, we are so happy that ART catered our special day and we re grateful for all that they did to help make our day perfect!
