I thought Eric did a great job. He did not have my item in stock but got it in 2 days. He replied to all my question that came to him by either by phone, emailed and texted immediately. He sent out tracking info email the day my product shipped. He followed up to insure I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend buying from him.
I've never heard of SHTFTactical so I was leary. I went to his page to see he did ffl from home OMG I thought. Gave it a shot and ordered my firearm from him. He was fast and answered my calls with answers to my questions.I will definitely use him again and the price was $100 cheaper than some of the bigger gun stores.

I have been very pleased with my dealings with SHTF. I purchased a hard-to-find high-end firearm and the whole transaction went smoothly. There are some benefits of dealing with a smaller dealer, such as being able to talk to them on the phone and having your items shipped promptly. Recently I found some semi hard-to-find magazines for a popular rifle on SHTF by a search. The price was the lowest out there and they were in stock. My usual mag store wanted $13 dollars more per item. The SHTF website may not be anything fancy, but it is straightforward and part of an efficient business. Some other gunshops won't deal with California customers, regardless of how legal the purchase is, which is fairly annoying. SHTF also seems to be keeping their prices reasonable, when some others are using sky-high "pandemic/social unrest pricing." That's not the case here. Looking around, I found that the owner also had some positive dialogue with shooters in online gun forums. I recommend SHTF as a good place to buy.

I was looking for a picatinny rail for my Beretta A400. I had already ordered one from another business on 3/12 but the other business hadn't even mailed it yet. I found this SHTF Tactical through gun.deals. I gave them a call because they did have the best price. Erick informed me that his supplier only had one. He said that if I ordered it, I would have the only one in stock in the entire US. I thought he was exaggerating but the funny thing is that he wasn't. Every other business on gun.deals showed that item as 'Out Of Stock' as soon as I placed my order. Erick told me that he would call the distributor to confirm they had the item.
Erick may not be the friendliest person in the world but that doesn't matter because he tells you the truth and is professional. I don't need Erick to be my friend. I just need him to sell me things and get them to me. Mission Accomplished.
Erick called me the day after I ordered it and told me that he could have it to me by Wednesday 3/25. I requested overnight shipping because turkey season in California is coming up. When I shop online I tend to be very skeptical especially when I come across something that seems too good to be true. Combine that with an online store I never heard of before and I was over the moon with skepticism. However, after digging through the internet desperate to not give up on my search of a particular item of interest I came across a fellow on a forum board who had purchased from SHTF before. We traded some correspondence and he couldn't have been happier with his experience with SHTF and was making a second purchase with them as well. The paranoia in me caused me to still be skeptical, and so I traded a few emails with Eric the owner here and felt more comfortable that I was not only getting the product I wanted, but at a sweet price point too...hundreds of dollars less than some other reputable online dealers. Upon submitting my order the process was quick as can be. My purchase was shipped the very next day and before I knew it was in my hands. Eric even reached out to me via phone a week later to not only ensure I received my purchase, but also that I was happy with it.
