It seemed to me as a highly overrated place if I campare it with other world class aquariums in the world..
This is one of the best aquarium I've been to. It is huge with lots of different species. There are a few that i haven't seen before And I've been to quite a few aquariums. They even have Santa feeding the fish for the kids around Christmas.
Very nice place but litel but hard to really enjoy because so meny people..
worth visiting, specially with kids. There is one co-located maritime museum which is free.
RWS has bad ticketing website. Other than that i thoroughly enjoyed the trip
Worth every penny only can be made more informative
Must visit place in this island .. will take around 2-3 hours to complete it.
If you love fishes and any about underworld , you will spent at least 3 hours on it. It's so much interest things for me to learn.
I like the place, but can be very crowded during the weekends. The big aquarium is the main attraction. Can be a place to cool down from the hot weather in sentosa
Great Aquarium. The tanks are endless. There are a few very large ones. When you get about 2/3 the way though there is a restaurant, which has table adjoining the biggest tank with large sharks and large rays. It has a fixed price menu. It is a little higher in price but I think would worth extra. The menu is mainly seafood. Lol... Watch fish eat fish.
Not such a big place as I think before, very recommended for family, you can introduce many various fish to your kids
Also they have the very big aquarium looks like watching cinema, buy a popcorn and enjoy it :)
The best aquarium in South East Asia. It's located in sentosa island at imbiah station. Lots of marine life including jelly fish, eels, corals, sharks and much more.
That must be the best aquarium in the world. I would come back for the diving experience, even though I've seen all the fishes in open water. The big tanks are breathtaking, with the small ones not less inspiring. Lots of good information also on protection issues.
It's great and audiences are made aware of man-made sea pollution which is a good message to everyone visiting the aquarium.
Learnt to be world largest sea aquarium visiting which is really a fantastic experience. Large varieties of sea creatures you can visit within few feets of you. The beautiful management and cleanliness of the space really attractive.
The aquarium is huge. Very nice. There are various kinds of fish. Not bored to come here again
Beautiful and wonderful experience. Glad to have visited the museum attached, as well. Gift shop staff were unfortunately very slow, but the aquarium was excellent
Large and very beautiful aquarium. If you come here take a drink, because going around in the aquarium is very tiring. Come on weekday is more fun because it's not so crowded. There is a photo service inside. Initially they will say it's Free, but actually at the exit they offer a ready made photo and or snowball with our photo for $ 55 worth to buy if you want to have a memento.
Just the shark tank was amazing the rest was just okay
Nice and nice Aquarium that is worth a visit, can be very crowded and then I would ignore it as it is like being herded around in there just with a lot of people pushing themselves and going forward.
Brilliant. U get transported to a different world. Loved it. Especially the manta rays
Amazing place. Having experienced a number of aquariums around the world, this is honestly one of the best I have been too. The range of displays and species is fantastic.
It may be all gussied up and pretty but you can tell the animals are unhappy and listless. We felt sick after awhile because they are in tanks when they should be free in the ocean. My 5 yr old started crying!!! She couldn't understand why the fish were locked up. Spend your money elsewhere.
Huge aquarium with a wide range of displays. Kids would love it, and even as an adult it's pretty interesting. Nothing completely unique though, just bigger than most.
The main tanks and tunnels that start at the entrance will impress you from the start. The well-organized water tanks in each region have brought the very beautiful sea.
I went with the kids and I really liked it.
I think one of the best aquariums I've seen ever. This place is massive. The general atmosphere is very relaxing, calming - the tanks and viewing windows are very thoughtfully built for audience viewing. My personal favorite were the mesmerising jellyfishes. Incredible, must visit when in Singapore.
This place captures the details of the ocean, giving us a glimpse of the wide variety of marine species from different parts of the world.
This aquarium is not the best but has some really nice exhibits. They do have some exhibits that you may not find at a bigger aquarium like Shedd aquarium at Chicago. They do have a lot of info on each species that comes handy while exploring. Some of the rare species and some majestic sharks are part of this aquarium. Entry is not cheap but it is worth the price if you enjoy spending time with marine life. Staff here are not very friendly neither professional in their approach. It gets pretty crowded almost thru out the week so plan at least 4 hours to spend here depending on your marine life interest.
Great place. Awesome aquarium, my two year old son loved it. Great place to take photographs. The central Hall is a good place to relax. Albeit the food stall is damn expensive. Avoid weekends as they are very crowded.
Amazing place. A must attraction in Santosa. Please spend at least 3 hours here. You would love the Sea world & it's habitants. You have to some extra to have a closer experience but even with the regular entry pass you can enjoy the most part. There are plenty resting areas so don't worry if you wanna take the journey slow.
Great place, especially sitting in front of the aquarium wall, really comfortable
Great variety of aquatic animals. Large aquarium but well organised. Expect.to spend atleast 3-4 hours of u love having a look at leisure. Kids will really enjoy. Great learning place since good details about all fishes kept in English.
Great aquarium with lots of beautiful fishes and sea life. Suggest spending at least 2hrs here. Tickets are expensive.
Really impressive and huge, my one complaint is that the information signs describing these wondrous creatures are not obvious enough even during my recent visit where I didn't have to fight with tourist crowds. Thanks to this, beyond the sheer spectacle ,the experience is less educational than it would otherwise be.
You must go there. It is the place to understand story of under water.
One of the better aquariums I have been to in South East Asia. Plenty of variety and there were a number of feeding shows on. Not the biggest aquarium I have been to but definitely worth checking out, even if you just have an hour to burn in your day. Plenty of restaurants around the area too due to the waterpark/universal studios and only a short monorail back to the shopping centre.
Good fun and really kid friendly, most if not all displays have ledges for young kids to sit/stand on to get a better view.
Very interesting place to visit but it's overpriced.
I can see a loott of fishes and sea creatures here. Impressive as they hv so many collections and well maintained!
This place was waaaaaay too crowded. It was a 45 min wait and we only spent abt 45 min inside. This was on a Saturday tho.
A must visit for anyone going to Singapore. This is an awe inspiring, world class aquarium with massive glass walls of aquarium and glass tunnel through the shark tank. If u bring ur kids here. They wouldn't stop talking about it days after they left this place. Very instagram-able venue. A can't miss attraction in singapore.
Slightly monotonous with the fishes unless you're really keen of there classification.
Takes 3hrs to traverse through.
The jelly fish, shark's, octopus, Australian sea dragon and spider crabs are unique and great.
Eager and friendly staff, wide variety of marine animals to view
Very beautiful, suitable for families with young children
Beautiful aquariums but they let way too many people in at a time so it s just crowded and you can t enjoy it. Real shame.
They also have put all the interactions being held through the adventure water park??? Do you need to pay an additional entry to a water slide park to do anything. They really know how to get as much money out of you as they possibly can.
Great for ist timers, tons of fish collection here.. You will be able to walk under water dome.. Kids will love it.. Price is bit high but its ok for ist timers.. Nothing much to do here exceot seeing all kind of fishes.. Good spot for pic collection.. Its located inside the Sentosa island
Worth a visit. sharks and what not. Try to attend any Feeding sessions which are great to see.
Excellent. Vegetarians plan their food in advance. You don t get. Snacks and water bottle to be taken to save cost and time
