Visited in May 2016, crowded with tourist. Most of the tourists are rude & unfriendly. The aquarium is small, with very little kind of species. Not much things to explore & be amazed with.
I will not recommend this, not value for money. =(

It is one of the finest aquarium I have ever visited. Try to get in here early so that you get better giving opportunity. There are no drinking water fountains inside this attraction so you better make sure that you have plenty of drinking water with you. You can easily spend 4 hours here. If you are with kids then better get something to eat inside.

S.E.A Aquarium is one of the best I've been. The lighting is well controlled so there's very little reflections of the surrounding lights on the fish tanks. Its an awesome place for kids amd adults too. Also a perfect place for underwater photography who choose to stay dry amd still get amazing shots of fishes amd other sea creatures. The jellyfish tank is beautifully lit that it feels like looking at a giant living lava lamps

A great very well managed and maintained place with a great variety of sea creatures. It is a good place to visit for the tourists and local visitors. Different types of fish are displayed in the aquarium and also nicely described.

I visited sea aquarium on Sunday morning around 10.30 am. No queue was spotted at the location, but as the day progress it felt a bit crowded inside the building.
The underwater tunnel was not very long, but the management knew how to maintain the wow effect, there are plenty small aquariums and each with their own theme. Sea/freshwater animals rarely seen were displayed, this is the part where you will spend most of your time.
Total of 1.30 hrs was spent here, for me who's walking with a small child. The labels beside the aquariums were informative. There were several display complete with magnifying glass to observe the animal, such as garden eel. And don't forget to enter the secret cove to observe moray eels at its hiding place! (You need to litteraly squat and crawl to reach this place, especially if you were a tall person).
Buy tickets in advance, as always to anticipate queuing crowds.
To get to this place, just take sentosa express monorail from vivocity connected to harbourfront station. Spent 4$ for a return ticket but you will save up time commuting.

It is best to visit this acquarium in the afternoon given that it's very hot in Singapore all thru the year. The aquarium is cool inside.
There are different sections within the acquarium based on different sea World creatures. The undersea turnel is one of the biggest attraction. Within acquarium there are places to sit and have snacks as well. Yet, it is better to have meal outside the acquarium. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the acquarium.
It would take about two hours to see it leisurely. There are all types of fishes. Just before the exit, they have counter, where they give visitors option to touch some fishes like starfish.
The tickets for the acquarium are cheaper if purchased online.
