Very much entertaining for the eyes and mind of all the ages including children.
Well designed. Lots to see and experience, and the most abundant variety of marine and sea life I've ever seen in one place. Definitely my favorite aquarium and a must see if visiting Singapore
Excellent place ... Must visit if you are in Singapore..
It was a nice experience, viewing all the aquatic life learning about the ecosystem. Would recommend a visit.
Fantastic aquarium. Very large display of fish and sea environment, sea animals from around world. Penguines, Sharks, display fish, a lot to see, experience and observe.
Buy combo tickets with Typhoon theatre and museum with free ice cream in aquarium
SEA Aquarium is truely breathtaking!! It has over 10000 species of aquatic life, including, sharks, corals, dolphins, jelly fish and the list goes on. This is an experience of a lifetime. The ambience is also great, it transports to a different world altogether. So, this aquarium is worth visiting !!
Good for rest with aircon. It is similar to HK ocean park aquarium.
It is a great place to watch marine animals. Try to avoid Saturdays and Sundays, because too many children run around and then tap the glass.
Great Aquarium, the Sharks and the big tank were the most amazing things the Aquarium had to offer and they were great. The other things were just like any other Aquarium though, which isn't a bad thing, but If you've seen sharks from close or even above you, or you've seen one of the biggest Fish tanks in the world, this might be nothing new for you.
Still a great Aquarium, that I can definitely recommend!
The S.E.A. Aquarium (South East Asia Aquarium) was the world's largest aquarium by total water volume until overtaken by Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in Hengqin, China. [4] It contains a total of 45,000,000 litres (9,900,000 imp gal; 12,000,000 US gal) of water for more than 100,000 marine animals of over 800 species.[1] The aquarium comprises 10 zones with 49 habitats. The centerpiece of the aquarium is the Open Ocean tank with more than 18,000,000 l (4,000,000 imp gal; 4,800,000 US gal) and 50,000 animals.[5] Until 2014 when eclipsed by China's Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, it had the world's largest viewing panel, 36-metre (118 ft) wide and 8.3-metre (27 ft) tall, which is intended to give visitors the feeling of being on the ocean floor.[2] They also have a conservation group called Guardians of the S.E.A.A., [6] which supports research, education and public engagement efforts to protect the marine environment.
If you going to Singapore with kids don't miss the aquarium. Good variety of fishes across world. Takes about 3 to 4 hours to see all exhibits
Rude staffs at the photobooth area as they misunderstood us and thought we were going to cut the queue but we just wanted to pass by. The area was very dim and we didn't notice the photobooth. One of the staffs even talked (or shouted coz we could hear him) back at us after we left the area. We were there around 12.30pm. It was bad to experience that in the beginning of the trip where we just want to enjoy our afternoon there. Hope the staffs will realise what they have done might ruin a person's day and make the trip unpleasant. Overall, the aquarium's atmosphere is beautiful and the sea creatures are mesmerising.
So cool. The fish are so beautifull. I live this place so much
Very pretty place. Went here before for a tour, and now to attend my cousin's wedding. Didn't know the place could be a perfect venue for wedding. The foods are good, too, though others may be a little edgy for my liking. The place was well kept. There could be more colorful fishes hopefully in the near future.
Amazing experience. The finale of the huge glass wall is breathtaking. Totally worth the entry
Nice place to go to on a rainy day. Takes about 2~3h to do the complete tour.
There were many sea animals and everyone will enjoy
Quite expensive entry, but with Singapore you have to feel it. Zazitek was big, we spent several hours here.
It was relaxing and calming. If you want to distress, its a nice place to visit.
This place is so full of life. We got a glimpse of all the marine life across the world. The fish tanks are huge and they have marine plants and animals which are rare too. The trip was very informative and there were shows too. A must visit when you are at Sentosa island. This was my first visit to the sea aquarium and I will go there again for sure!
It's better to come during weekdays if possible.
A great place with so many species.
But to come just for the Aquarium, I think too expensive. Parking starts from SGD8 for the first 1 hour, which I end up paying SGD18.
You can also experience touching starfish and few other species.
It's a nice place to take your kids with you should have patience to explain them the fish and difference. The place is pram friendly and fully air conditioned. It has so many variety of fishes and we'll maintained. The transparent glass helps you for nice picture's. The place is crowded mostly
Good place. Great collection. Easy to get lost inside. But the tunnel is small. I liked the Sea Aquarium of Thailand more.
The fishes are unique. Loved the sharks. Very convenient for foreigners. The staff speaks English.
It is beautiful, you can take beautiful photos, and the best is the big room in the giant fish tank, we had food in our bag and in that room people sit on the floor and can eat while admiring the fish (inside a soft drink) it costs you $ 4)
Superb place what a collection of fishes and great idea of construction.
This is situated in actual Sentosa Resort where the main entry. this sea oceanarium takes you on a unique journey to the depths of the deep blue sea. Amazing and large aquarium which has ample amount of Sea creatures like star fish, jelly fish, tortoise and other which makes you experience worth visiting at this place. A different experience all together as what lies under the Ocean and also Sharks are there as well. This get closed at 7 pm.
My second time at the aquarium and still amazed with everything inside it
Decent sized aquarium. This one is unique because they have other exhibits besides just looking at fish and sharks. They have an old wooden ship on display, and have a quick movie too for $2. The staff were very knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions.
You could spend the while day here. Such a well run facility. The tanks are kept clean and the viewing panels seemed to get cleaned often. One could imagine the cost to maintain such a place when you get to visit it. The place is clean and organized. Food served are at a reasonable price. One of the best attractions here in SG.
Well-groomed aquarium. But ... in Korea, aquariums are around here.
The best, don t miss it while in Singapore. Keep minimum 3 hours for seeing.
Very nice for first time visitor, repeat who seen similar before like dubai etc
A great time here with friends. It is one of the best aquarium in the world and also near to this casino and Universal Studios are great attraction.you can easily spend whole day without thinking about anything also there are nice food options.
The ticket admin said we could go in to the maritime museum as well as the aquarium. The aquarium had very easy for public access and there was a glass roof where you could see the sharks swim about. There was also a 360 degree floor to ceiling tank where they were dropping some fish food in and you could see the species having a feed. It's a good place to visit as it's under ground and cooling from the heat.
I would say this is the worst experience in Singapore. Firstly, my family with elder member were visiting SEA Aquarium on 25th September around 4pm. We drove in to RWS, and there's no wheelchair counter nearby and the nearest is inside aquarium so I personally walk to Aquarium customer counter which is inside the aquarium to rent a wheelchair. The staff stationed at that time (Ms. E) told me the wheelchair can only be used inside aquarium, even though I had told her my situation that my elder family member is currently sitting at the car park and has to walk all the way from car park to the aquarium. Do note the car park is located one level below the aquarium and it's quite a walking distance away for an elderly. No empathy or service excellence was practiced at all. OK fine, this is not all. When I returned the wheelchair around 6:30pm, I forgot to bring the receipt back to collect my deposit as the receipt is with my family member whom had already exit the aquarium first because the wheelchair couldn't be brought out of aquarium premises. The staff (Mr M together with Ms E) just told me rudely we cannot give you back your deposit if you didn't give us back the paper. No smile and rude, I don't think I deserve this kind of treatment as a customer. Those with elderly, please decide wisely when you want to visit aquarium, they don't treat customer nicely.
One of the must visit places in Sentosa Island, Singapore. Each and every part of the place is properly taken care of. Huge demonstration of aquatic species. You will miss very few species as you will see giant shark, full grown Stingray and much much more to amaze you. Even the entrance is a mini museum. And at the end don't forget to pass some time in front of the giant aquarium hall wearing a good pair of headphones like beats studio or onemore quad drive and you know what track to listen.
