Was driving on long point and this older Caucasian guy starts yelling at me from his car, like just the scare/being startled by him could have made me have an accident with my car. They definitely need to have their employees take a class about being proffesional.
These are definitely not your normal type of security guards. I shop frequently at HEB and they are always professional and vigilant. I ve never seen an officer on his phone or engaged in anything other than providing top notch security. They don t just stand there, they patrol the parking lot and have a way of making you feel safe.
I have worked with many security companies
And found SEAL the best one, other companies will try their best to cut from your check by making different excuses,
Per example Homeland protective services always steal 20 or 15 dollars from every officer check,
The good thing about SEAL is that you can work as many hours as you want and all over time hours will be multiplied one nd half
If u get 10 $ over time will be 15

Unorganized. Unprofessional, all their employees quit, (with good reasons). I really think that the owners know nothing of business or how to manage one, the owners worries about appearances more than safety. Overload employees because they re short staffed. Would not recommend as employment or for protection.
THEY SAVED MY LIFE!! a lot of these reviews are from ex employees bitter with management or people that got in trouble and then blame security for it. As a whole this company is wonderful, some of their officers are ex military, police cadets and they even hire off duty police officers. They patrol where I live and they have really cleaned up my area well. They didnt save me at home tho they saved me when I was at the HEB. I remember it like it was just yesterday. I was in the store and this guy kept walking behind me evey time i turned he would too, he would get really close to me and try to smell me and I confronted him and he left. However I kept seeing him creep near me and stick his tongue out. I was so scared I decied to just leave everything and leave. I wanted to just get to my car and leave, thinking about it now i should have told them to call San Antonio Police. As I walked out I saw the man come towards me. I grabbed my phone and wanted to call the cops but I saw a seal patrol car and ran there, I even took a picture accidently as I ran there. I talked to the guard who quickly got out and helped me. The man walked the oposite direction, the officer got his dog out and the dog started barking loudly. The man took off running! It all happened so fast, I thanked the guard and he made sure I got in my car, I drove to where I was staying and was so scared. I could have been a victim of a trafficking ring or something. I know others have had others experinces with this company but for me they helped me! Im glad HEB had them because they sure are better than the guards at the La Cantera Mall who I would not have trusted with saving me.

I was in the family dollar store off of long point and Witte rd and an "officer" from s.e.a.l walked in without a mask at 9:30 everybody was looking at him. But the cashier didn't tell him anything because they were flirting.. it's not right he was driving car number 1510.. I hope you guys talk to him because he is definitely making S.E.A.L look really bad at this point.....
The only reason I applied here is because they had an ad on indeed.com was saying they pay for training from level II unarmed officer to level III armed officer. When I applied I was told go get armed and trained and come back. Very disappointed. No motivation to apply there. Definitely would not recommend ANYONE apply there. Good luck if you do
they do not take good care of their K-9s. A German Shepard should have a shiny coat, a K-9 with hip dysplasia should not be forced to walk. And THE CONCRETE is hot, no protection for paws was seen on this poor animal. Very disturbing to see how poorly he is being treated.
Horrible feel sorry for current workers pay 11hour sad rates are down shame of business.
