S.A.F.E. management coordinated the bag check at the Billy Joel concert 7/26/19. I have never seen a more disorganized, pathetic attempt to provide a service. The people working were completely clueless. Don't ever trust them with your stuff!!!! Took over an hour to get my purse!

Creepy and threatening. Employees totally inappropriate. I'll never attend another event where they are the "security." I felt like I was being circled by predators, and based on the comments of the folks around me, I wasn't alone. They squatted in front of the rows and pointed, over and over, at folks they were zeroing in on. I've never ever ever attended any kind of event where the audience was treated this way. For the record, this was the Amy Shumer show at SECU arena at Towson U.

I work here ofc I love them despite if I didn't they are really good and respectful people and they always wear a smile

Get there early..food prices cheaper..always have a clear bag to get in stadium

They are very unorganized. Have no respect for person Matt clemens Is a supervisor that put his hands on his employees and speaks very rudely to the employees

In Arizona there a joke can't believe they landed the contract with the Arizona Cardinals, they are essentially a fly by night organization that shouldn't be in business.

I work for safe management years ago if you work overtime it's not going to be on your paycheck I'm not going to waste my time working with them and I'm not coming back your not allowed to receive cash tips from the season ticket holders you get paid minimum wage stand on your feet for 4 hours a game. they get mad whenever you receive cash tips from the ravens fans we dont make enough money on our paychecks there they have there favorites on who they want 2 work at certain levels at the stadium

They don't honor their word. From the initial interview, was told I would be compensated for any training completed. Did the online training, was never emailed about the in-person training. Tried calling three times over the course of three weeks to receive information about it and was told be looking for a email that never came. Finally four weeks after completing the online training I call again and I'm told there is one more in-person training that I was not in town for. Was told I would still be compensated for the seven hours of online training. Called back last week, day after super bowl to check status of payment. Was still told then I would be compensated for the online training since that's all I was able to complete. Called back today to check status of that payment and was told I would not be getting paid for not completing the in person section and that I need to "work on listening" when that clearly is not the case at all. Rude and unprofessional. Work at your own discretion.

I love it there but they need to do more for the employees I think since they work so hard they should get treated with more care free meals sounds about Right

I worked the PGA Tournament 2019 with SAFE Management. The experience was awesome. The SAFE Management team were very prompt and professional. They provided helpful assistance to all agencies working. Caring but yet stern. I would do an event with SAFE again.
You guys have an amazing team; i commend you.

I currently work here and I ve been calling the office all yesterday and today and emailing y all because I m suppose to get paid.. if you want me to come pick my check up answer the phone to let me know that.. I haven t talked to anyone professionally over the phone or email since I started working there. So unprofessional.

The best part time job I've ever had. Easy job to obtain and maintain. Supervisors are open and friendly. Over all a fantastic company to work for.

I love working for s.a.f.e.management because I had a great time working them it was a fun experience and everyone was so nice and very respectful there at M&T bank stadium.
