Great place. Staff are excellent. Let us on a bit early and didn t pull the plug bang at the end either. Only thing is the lockers were not working so good job HK and not lawless London.
Fully recommended for the little ones. Adding a bar for the adults wouldn t hurt

Super fun. My four year old loved it. Would prefer if they separated kids (maybe 6 and under and 6 and up) in some spaces as I did worry sometimes. But it wasn t too crowded even on a Saturday so it wasn t a huge issue.
A very exciting place for kids to explore. And staffs are nice and friendly. I somewhat disagree with the sock policy, which only allows Ryze socks to be worn in the venue. But actually, we have brand-new and highly protective socks. I argued for several minutes, and the staff accepted my temper and "unwillingly" gave a pair of socks to me for free. I suggest the management team to review this sock policy, and rather advise people not to wear long dress (especially girls), because wearing long dress is dangerous for a kid to jump, as she would accidentally trip herself over.
It s a fun place but it s not alright to put bigger kids with little kids together. My kid fell down because a bigger kid jumped over near him, and it caused quite a big bounce force, big enough for little ones to fall on their knees. This is very dangerous. He felt painful even after an hour after the session ended. We had to have him checked with the doctor then x-ray. Luckily nothing serious remained. Also the place was so crowded today. Over crowded. Hopefully each session could control the traffic. Just too many people during covid-19 time. Way too many. The bathroom hygiene is always a concern too.
As stated with other reviewers the female bathroom really needs someone to attend to it on a regular basis. The soap was empty and the stalls were atrocious. Perhaps some rubber slippers near the door would be helpful for patrons to slip on and off. It would also be a nice thing to consider having for those who go to the first floor rather than having them run around the elevator in their socks. Additionally I agree with other reviewers regarding the mixing of small children with older children. Perhaps different jumping times for young ones would be prudent. Something like a tot time earlier in the morning, to at least provide an option for those wanting a safer experience for their littles. Or perhaps a separated section for younger jumpers. The staff were trying their best to help, but it s an impossible task they have been given. It would be best if management supported their workers and young patrons with the above suggestions. I bought the required 30 dollar socks and they were shredded by the time we left (we played for 1.5 hours ). If the socks are mandatory I would hope they would last longer than 1.5 hours. It felt quite wasteful, having just bought them, to toss them in the bin at the door on the way out. All in all it was not worth the money or the trip there. I suppose if you are in the neighborhood and need something to do it is worth a try. I would definitely avoid it at all cost on the weekend. I can imagine the problems listed above are exasperated with more people (we went on a non holiday Monday late afternoon busy but not slammed ). The seating is ample for weekdays but I can t imagine what seating is like during the weekend.
It was an interesting experience today. My aged 4 boy enjoyed jumping around whilst my aged 2 boy was so scared to jump. I will share this place to my friends and let more youngsters to attempt and make fun.
1st time here with the kids...just Awesome! Heaps to do and really friendly and helpful staff...then you realise they have another floor on with more stuff!
Will definitely make this a regular place to take the kids (and adults) for so much fun!!!
