As stated with other reviewers the female bathroom...

As stated with other reviewers the female bathroom really needs someone to attend to it on a regular basis. The soap was empty and the stalls were atrocious. Perhaps some rubber slippers near the door would be helpful for patrons to slip on and off. It would also be a nice thing to consider having for those who go to the first floor rather than having them run around the elevator in their socks. Additionally I agree with other reviewers regarding the mixing of small children with older children. Perhaps different jumping times for young ones would be prudent. Something like a tot time earlier in the morning, to at least provide an option for those wanting a safer experience for their littles. Or perhaps a separated section for younger jumpers. The staff were trying their best to help, but it s an impossible task they have been given. It would be best if management supported their workers and young patrons with the above suggestions.
I bought the required 30 dollar socks and they were shredded by the time we left (we played for 1.5 hours ). If the socks are mandatory I would hope they would last longer than 1.5 hours. It felt quite wasteful, having just bought them, to toss them in the bin at the door on the way out.
All in all it was not worth the money or the trip there. I suppose if you are in the neighborhood and need something to do it is worth a try. I would definitely avoid it at all cost on the weekend. I can imagine the problems listed above are exasperated with more people (we went on a non holiday Monday late afternoon busy but not slammed ). The seating is ample for weekdays but I can t imagine what seating is like during the weekend.
