Very good service .. Most of the staff is very friendly .. But there is a bald man who treats people with contempt .. But if we ignore that awkward moment, everything is perfect ..

When we were having our second child we wanted a car with more room. We were previous owners of a Nissan Murano and came to Rye Ford to see what other options were out there. We worked with Jason Spencer & Anthony. They were beyond helpful, knowledgeable & truly worked with us to find the right car for our family. I would (and have) recommend Rye Ford to anyone looking for an amazing car buying experience!

I previously only drove "luxury cars" and thought that I was trading down. Yes, I was a snob! I wanted to explore driving an SUV. I met with Jason who was so knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know about my Escape. He made my decision so easy. I love the vehicle and would not buy any other car than a Ford from Rye Ford.
In addition, as I was in the showroom I had the pleasure of meeting other members of the Rye Ford team. I hope I get all the names.....Bill, Vinny, Anthony, Dave, Osman and Daniel. They were ALL the textbook definition of Service Excellence. Kudos and Thank You to Rye Ford.

Once again, the entire Rye Ford/Subaru team has exceeded my expectations. Angelo K. listened carefully to our needs and in the most friendly and patient way offered us a number of cars to select from...no pressure, lots of support. Once we decided, Rich P. in finance put together a perfect loan package and warranty. It is always a pleasure to visit genuinely nice people, like Bill B. And when the time comes, the service department is equally efficient and friendly. My family has been coming here for decades and we've never been disappointed.

Anthony Smith at Rye Subaru Ford made the process of buying my used Subaru Outback super simple. He was beyond helpful in evaluating my available options on the lot. I actually bought my car a few years ago and it's still performing great!
