The mattress is very nice and smooth. I have not experienced any body pain on using this. This mattress is best for peaceful sleep. It is very comfortable mattress. I wish to recommend this to my friends and relatives.

I used to have severe lower back and neck pain. I tried everything from exercise to supplements which my doctor had given. All of them failed to work. Then I thought of changing my mattress. That's when I came across The Sleeping Company and their unique Grid technology in mattress. So I thought of giving it a try. Either way they had 100 days return , so I could just return it if i didn't like the Mattresses . The Mattress was a little bit expensive than normal foam Mattress. But when the Mattress you could feel the quilty in material and also so the thick grid system. It took me couple of days to get adjusted and get proper sleep on the Mattress. So I called up the customer service and told them. They told me it could take my body few days to get used to the mattress. So it would take some time. So I did give it some time . And boy was a Glad just after 5 days All my lower body and neck pain was gone. That was amazing.I was always energized in the morning.I started recommending it to my parents and my friends.U need to buy this Mattress. It turely is incredible. Try it!

Have been using for last 6 months. This has been by far the best mattress I have used .. I had been using memory foam for 6 years and had started to feel discomfort. Excellent product. I had a serious problem with my back pain and I switched to the sleep company mattress. The technology used to make this mattress is so unique and different that it helped my back get the right kind of support while sleeping. Thank goodness my back pain has completely disappeared and I am absolutely fit now. I can now carry my daughter around and do a lot of more things which I could not do earlier. Thanks Sleep company for coming up with this wonderful product and technology. It is not comparable to any other mattress in the market and is one of its kind. Strongly recommend all you guys out there with sleep issues or back problems to try this once. Believe me you will love it.

I tried an orthopedic memory foam mattress but I didn't help. It was also very hot . I was initially hesitant to buy as it's a new brand but I am glad I took the chance given their 100 night trial ..

very good innovation

this mattress is a great product and big innovation in our traditional mattress industry. We had been using foam mattress for years and were so impressed with the Smart grid mattress as we saw the egg videos.

the technology is similar to a brand purple in US the grid actually takes the shape of our body. we see it going down more under hips and then takes our shoulder shape and stays straight under back.

we have never loved sleeping so much

Very good Matteresses coupled with great customer service. They replaced our Matteresses when we sent in the wrong size. Our backs feel better after using the mattress for just 2 weeks. The stiffness and pain has gone completely.

I wonder how sleep company giving such comfort in matrice they produce.
I have personally visited Factory of Sleep Company. The standard they set in production and testing of product before dispatch is fantastic.

No Customer Service Post 100 days

As you see as per my conversation i have been thinking to return the mattress within 100 days, i got reply that you need to change pillows and without pillows also, post my 100 days no reply from them NADA / ZILCH

i have been upper back issues post using the mattress and my kid who's 3.5 years old also complains to me of some pain in upper back

i couldn't sleep yesterday and today also i got up at 4 am because of my upper back ache and and writing this review early in the morning ( see my photo of my review at 5;30 am )

People who give 5 stars superficially used the mattress for some days or weeks ( i also thought this to be a good mattress after using it some days but long term health longevity outweighs comfort )

Please take your mattress back .. i don't want any refund.. i am happy with basic mattress without any new technology

I have change the rating after a month, From a Customer Service Point of View they wanted to offer better Customer Satisfaction and even refunded the money even thought its well past 100 days

Product is continuously being upgraded from customer feedback

New Technology can suit someone or might not suit , at least try the product and if you are unhappy you can still return the product for 100 days for a full refund

I even don't want to give a single star for the service and product provided here. They claim for easy returns if goods are not as per the said order and defective but when it is told it's defective they don't even come for replacement and no return is made by them. It's totally disgusting and the service person they act like they are threatening clients. If you can't deliver appropriate goods just shut your company and don't full customers like us.

hi guys i am here to share my experience guess what?
nowadays everyone is tensed with panademic covid-19 .people are now shifting to more healthier lifestyle as corona is part of our life.
so everyone expanding more time on bed . in this condition if your mattress become warm or sag how horrible to imagine.we were facing the same condition suddenly i started looking for change but everything was close due to lockdown and it brought me on amazon there i have seen only 1 company was functioning i.e THE SLEEP COMPANY. I HAVE research over it and read the reviews and everything then i call them from the number on website. then i finally invested after getting convinced my package deliver in same day in bombay even in red zone that was vow.
it is post 30 days and i am in love with mattress.till date i was not committed for anyone now i can commit with my mattress thanks THE SLEEP COMPANY. IT WAS awesome it is awesome and hope it will. also i have ordered 1st smart grid cushion and it is also great to sit and now i can comfortably sit for 8-10 hrs for work.

Been using the 8" mattress for almost 6 months now. It does excatly as advertised, supports the back and aids in pain relief.
Will be purchasing more for other rooms in the house.

After lot of research I decided to go for the sleep company because of the grid technology.
After using for 6 months I can see this is the best but.. If you love sleeping don't think bout it again..

This is very excellent product. The technology is helping for comfort sleep and giving relief from stressful life. I don t have back pain issue but I feel that this is also useful to those who having the back pain issues as the in-build technology is giving good support to back portion which helps to stop the body pressure on back side. This mattress is made by one INDIAN COMPANY by using modern technology and we should try it. I am confident that you will definitely love it. This product is really good for common man like us who want calm sleep.

This is my first non traditional mattress and I guarantee, once you sleep on it for 15 Days you will never go back to regular mattress again. My body feels much more relaxed and I wake up feeling more relaxed.

Better than Orthopedic mattresses
I was using orthopedic mattress but i was not happy with the way that mattress turned out it did not give proper support to the body ,because of which I was having back pain so I was looking for a mattress which will give comfortable support to my back and overall body, while doing research came through the sleep company s smart grid mattress & bought it for myself and I was amazed by smart grid mattresses. It did works wonders for back pain. I must tell you it is way better than the orthopedic mattress I used earlier.

Pathetic company, do not believe fake paid reviews left by staff and relatives of the owners, the warranty and trial period is sham as they will not even reply to your concerns, I bought the mattress in December and suffering from a low back pain, tried emailing them multiple times but received no response, I am moving to consumer forum, it was my fault believing a fake online company which copies a American mattress concept and claims to develop the technology by a ex DRDO scientist. Better to stick to local sellers atleast for something as important as your health as good sleep is very important for mental and physical health.

Our family has been using this for 6 monthe . If I could give more stars than 5 I would .. their product is best and way better than my old foam mattress . Also their customer care is amazing ..

Worst Mattress and worst service, the acutal problems start after 100 days. Me and my wife started getting backache after using this mattress, my suggestion is not to consider for buying this mattress. When I had raised problem there is no response from customer service, waste to spend 35K on thai worst Mattress. Don't even think of buying this mattress.

Bought the mattress 2 months back . I was using a spring mattress before this .. it gives same softness however much better support. My niece loves to jump on the mattress . Thank you ..
