though temple is very good, they made it too much commercial

If u r too rich, u should go to this temple. Too commercial. Government should see to it that Entry fee is removed here. Special entry ticket is to pull out money from ppl. It's a waste. There is no place for devotion.

Great place for worship of lord shiva and peacefulness. One can get a lot of peacefulness and can know about the purpose of life if spend a quality time reading the information on walls

They have tall shiva murthi. Its nice place to visit. They have minimum 50 rs ticket. They will try to sell 150 rs ticket. Be aware.

The Shiva statue is majestic. The only thing I don't like here are the charges. Paid 150 to go straight in and come out.

Good place..located near mall ...there is no parking facility near this temple. For faster and accessible to all service have to pay 150 per head. Inside the temple they maintain silent environment.

It is next to a mall and you will judge the place from the entrance but you definitely will not have an idea about what you are going to experience inside.
Few things - As you go inside there will few counters where they will ask for money for special Darshan and activities. Special Darshan is not required unless you are going on a Shivratri. Activities like Rudraksha , coins and all is very based in personal belief hence not commenting on that. If you believe it then go ahead n purchase the ticket for it. There are following things apart from activities.
1. 2 idols (1 Ganeshji and 1 Shivji)
2. A cave which has miniatures of chaar dham
3. A cave where 12 jotir lings miniatures are kept

Entry to point 1 is free
Entry to point 2&3 is 50rs. So wherever you see ppl sitting with a ticket book just say you want a ticket for gufa entry. One ticket of 50rs gives an entry to one person in both the gufas.

Once the Darshan is done, there is a place where you can sit in peace. There are these comfortable chairs to sit on ground, which makes it easy to sit on floor for a long time. 6.30pm they have bhajans and 7.30pm they have Aarti. It is very peaceful to just sit and see the idol.

Very nice experience. Built like a museum with nice artifacts inside. Huge statue in the middle.

This place is a structure of lord Shiv.
Nothing great. Skip going on Shivratri instead visit Ulsoor mahalingeshwara

Commercial temple like place,people will cheat you to buy tickets ,though it is free.government should not allow to keep the name as temple.u r eligible to see God only if u have money .

It's a good place to visit but the charges seems a bit high . But then it feel good if you do all the pujas and visits ritually.

Good place to see Big statue of Lord Shiva Sitting calm ,If any one comes to Bangalore must vist Ticket price is 150/- per head includes Rudrakshi seva,water Abhishaka, To view all 12 Lingas ,milk Abhishaka,Wish coin ,Deepa,and agarbathi last pooja.

The place is very good. During this pandemic the entrance is priced up higher. The amount for a single person to enter the temple is 250rs. Which is actually 10 rs during normal days. Below 5 years the entrance is free. Next to the ganesh idol the left turn should be taken to view the temple Lingas.

Nice place to visit with family! Volunteers will try a lot to loot 50rs per head as entry ticket, which is for an entry to Guha not worth it. You need not pay any money to have darshan! You can stand right in front of Lord Shiva statue.

Dharm ke Naam par public. Ko loota jata hai, staff have no manners to talk, it's not a temple it's just a shop ,where for every thing you need to pay. Worst thing is that without money you can't see the God also ridiculous no free darshnam

It is totally free, but they keep asking you for the tickets, they make you confused, but it's absolutely free. It's worth seeing it, but it was built in 1995, so don't expect an old historical temple!

This is not a temple by any stretch of imagination. It's more of a theme park than a temple. There are some strange rituals here like dropping coins to get wishes fulfilled etc. Some of the landscaping work done is interesting. Also there are exhibits where one can learn about Hindu legends. The place definitely has potential to be more than what it is. And it detfinitely looks much better in pictures. But in reality this seems more of a money making venture than anything else.

We have a satisfaction of performing all religious oblation s at all shrines in one go ourselves all at a nominal cost of the ticket.a must visit. A short display of mantra/or a leaflet relevent to each shrine will be a welcome move for new generation.

Peaceful place but they charge a lot money for entrance ticket.

This is good place. But the entry ticket prices are different like 150rs and 250rs. There is a ticket for 50rs. Normal days 50rs ticket and 150rs does not make any difference. Overall good place to visit within city limit but ticket prices are high. Temple closes by 8pm. Peaceful place.

You cant expect the temple is so from the outside. Caves temple. Its almost replication of Kedarnath Badrinath etc. A must visit place!

The shiva and Ganesh temple were very good .... But I think the temple is more treated like a business rather than for puja and aradhana

Good place to visit, but dont pay anything in entrance.. Payment of 150 is not mandatory, dont get cheated

It's just a museum. Everything here is money. Visit once to see Shiva and Ganesh. No free dharshan at all. Pundit will ask you to donate even if you have ticket to do Pooja. After experiencing all these things you ll not get spiritual feeling at all.

Temple is nice but very cost. Not suitable for middle class family

It's not easily noticeable from normal traffic on road.
It has become tourist place for foreigners which is a good thing.
The statue area is maintained very well but entrance from old airport road by walk is not maintained and has aged a lot.
The entry is free of cost and there's a cave with an entrance fee of 50 which I didn't visit.
It's more of an attraction than religious temple.
They also provide special Pooja for 250 and above.
It's definitely a good place to visit in Bangalore for outsiders.
There are many donation boxes which goes to charity.

shiva statue is good but entrance fee to high and showing commercial centre. Volunteers are not explaining properly. Only showing darshana ticket showing money mind

It's grand and beautiful.. But money minting temple.. You don't feel devotional, you feel looted

It's good place for Lord Shiva devotees. The best thing is, visitors are not restricted to have photos from there. They are providing Bajans CD s are prasada at free of cost.

Good place to visit huge lord shiva statue, cave which show multiple state famous temple and 4 dham. Different way to reach first one is stand in queue and second one is pay 250 for direct entry.

One of the nice spritual place to visit. Visiting this place is chargeable 250/- for complete darshan and 150/- for normal darshan. Apart from that inside if you are eager for haman then extra 100/- they charge for haman samagree.
