Steak was dry. Very expensive and expect it done right.

Excellent restaurant.the Tombstone Critic loves the filet steak. Mashed potatoes really hit the spot. Sweet potatoes are to die for. Staff was very friendly and on point. Like and follow Tombstone Critic on Facebook. You have to try the broccoli.

I frequent this restaurant and yesterday Feb 3rd, the service was terrible and slow. Crab cakes were very fishy (sent them back) and to get a drink took 10-15 min each time. I don t know if they were short handed but won t keep going there if service/food is declining like this.

Incredible happy hour. The chicken and steak sandwich are on point.. I will be back

Super bad experience. Servers barely came over. He was rude...didnt get our orders correct. It was not busy at all. They wouldn't seat us u grill the entire 10 people were there. We would have liked to sit and have a drink. I would not go back. Food that was correct was good... but thats all i have to say about this place. Front staff and waiters wete horrible for an expensive restaurant.

Went to Ruth's Chris for Christmas dinner with family. They were overbooked; very behind on reservations and slow to serve food, but when it arrived it was scrumptious. Everyone had filet or prime rib. The potatoes au gratin and asparagus were delicious, as were the desserts. Creme brulee, yum! Our servers were good, but it was a very busy day, so the waiting for food is probably not an issue normally and the noise level lower hopefully. Would have been five stars if rated only on food.

Lunch at Ruth Chris Steakhouse to get away from the spicy dishes here in New Orleans. My stomach needed a break!

Fabulous food, seabass and barbque shrimp were great. Service was a tad sketchy initially. Sat in bar and happy hour was still going on.

The atmosphere and service was great. We were seated at the time of our reservation with no problems. Our steaks and veggies were great. However, I would not recommend the bread pudding.

We attended the Veuve Clicquot champagne dinner, and it was fah-bu-loussss!!! The food was amazing, and the champagne was divine! We had a full glass of champagne with all 5 dishes. The Veuve Clicqout representative was incredibly knowledgeable and the service was on point. I would highly recommend this event to anyone who is interested!

The food and service were excellent, however they do not enforce the mask mandate. Counted 7 people walking past my table being seated without masks. ladies room. Made server and hostess aware. Will not return. Don't eat here if you are concerned about your safety or the safety of the employees.

We took our daughter here for her birthday and had a great time.I the service and the food was great.

The food was amazing! Steven was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about every dish and he made us feel right at home. The portions of the side dishes were made for two people... My wife and I would definitely return...

Honestly I was disappointed I planned this dinner for 8 for my husbands 59th birthday. It was a confusing experience with our waiter from word one. He gave us a list of things they didn't have including their seafood tower we live in the gulf and you don't have seafood then suddenly 30 minutes later when we finally get our drinks they have seafood. Our group has all known each other for over 10 years all you have to do is keep us watered and fed we are happy. Unfortunately, that didn't happen our waiter didn't time our courses correctly so we were actually hangry by the time the next one arrived, one of our couples had to leave (baby) before dessert arrived because of slow service. We had a couple minor kitchen hiccups a mushy salad and over done steak which were remedied immediately. The food was superb. Let me say that again the food is to die for!

This was an important night we have been in the muck and mire of life raising kids caring for sick relatives now it's just us. He had never had a birthday party as a child so I was so excited to do this and I walked away feeling disappointed.

Great food! Fun to sit in the bar to eat! Outside on patio in good weather great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. Best Tuna on appetizer menu.

My first time trying them and it was definitely worth it!! The food was amazing the stuffed chicken was sublime and the sweet potatoes? A new obsession I really hope the one at home has can do the same. My waiter, Joseph I think, was also amazing

This place is overrated!!!! The service was nice but the food wasn t good. My bill was $165... the steak wasnt seasoned well and the garlic mashed potatoes tasted like they came straight out of the box( I HATE BOX MASHED POTATOES) This was my first experience and I will NEVER go again.

This is the third Ruth's Chris restaurant my family and I have been too and it has easily been the worst. The bread served before dinner was far below average, we sent a drink back and after 10 minutes I had to find a server to ask where it was. The baked potato we got with our meals were cold. And wow don't get me started on the Irish coffees! All in all a really poor experience, especially for the birth place of this chain.

I was really looking forward to trying this place after I had heard wonderful things from my colleagues, but sadly, I was extremely disappointed. The service was terrible, the waiter was inattentive and was more interested in chatting with friends. The food was subpar at best, I ve had much better 30 dollar filets than the 54 dollar one I had. I would expect a fine dining restaurant to know which temperature to serve red wine at the very least. I will never come back again or will I ever recommend it.

I prefer not to say disappointed, but it was below expectation. I really like the one in Pasadena LA.

This was a horrible visit. We arrived at the restaurant at 4pm and we sat down and the table was broken then they moved us and we didn t leave the place till 8pm. Don t even start about the food the drinks were flat and the steaks were cold!

My parents ate here on vacation for my dad s 60th birthday and are still traumatised by the experience. After waiting over an hour to get their food, my mum wasn t very well to the point that she passed out. No one helped, the manager came over to ask how much she d had to drink (the waiter confirmed one gin and tonic on the table, untouched). Having had no food, they still took payment and wouldn t help them leave. Disgusted.

Food timing was rushed and not a very good table for a reservation .

Never in my life had I had a steak that didnt need atleast salt and pepper (only ingredients needed for good steak) but today I didnt need anything and the lobster mac and cheese was delicious the food is hands down best I have had and I have had good bone in filets before but never like this and to top it off my server (steven) was phenomenal I didnt even need to fill my water glass even though the water bottle was next to me on the table and he was busy enough but kept up, his team was great through my meal and I would highly recommend this place in Steven's section especially if you are having a rough day, if you come here it will get better.

Ruth's Chris is awesome. I enjoy the food and service each time I come... However, last night was challenging for the kitchen staff. . . Once our entrees arrived, my dinner guest had to send theirs back to only wait over 30 mins for it to return. This after almost an initial hour from the time the order was originally placed. Our wait staff, Denzel and Blair were great and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Yet it troubled me to have overheard the manager Jennifer Baptise, placing blame on Blair who has done an amazing job during the entire dining experience. At the end of the day remember team work makes the dream work!

My first time here. The food was excellent! The service from our waiter was piss poor! He focused all his attention on the table next to us because he knew them and they were Caucasian. I won't ever go back, not even in my own city!

We dined here for our anniversary while in New Orleans. They were so kind as to decorate our table, leave us a card, and create dessert plates with fudge topping sentiments to wish us a Happy Anniversary! Adam Best was our server and he was amazing! He was kind, helpful, took our picture/pictures, and allowed us to upgrade our desserts! We had a wonderful time!

The service is great and the smell is amazing. True New Orleans food here and is on my top 10 list of favorite restaurants in Louisiana.
