Their Quick Lane maintenance department lives up to its name! I decided to take my car there because, according to a sticker in the window, it had been there before. Sure enough, they had done ALL of the service on the car for its previous owner. Not only did I get clean, blended oil and a thorough inspection of my car, but now I have a much clearer picture of its previous history. Not bad for under $50!
Aaron O. Helped get my wife into a Ford fusion. The experience was great and he went to great lengths to ensure that we got a deal we were happy with! Thanks again Aaron and everyone else at Rusty Eck!
Bought a used car through Don this past weekend. Don was beyond helpful and down to Earth. I had to come back the day after to ask them to top my fluids off. It took approximately 2.5 hours to do that. The service advisor answered the phone while I was standing in front of him waiting to be served. No communication as to what was going on and why I had to wait 2.5 hours. I asked if I could be given a loaner after 2 hours in, and was told no. I have bought an extended warranty and this visit was in no way my fault. Very disappointed and regret buying an extended warranty if I am being treated this poorly one day in. Firestone gives better customer service and at least acts like they care.
Aaron O. Is the guy! First off his personality is great! I came in here not expecting much and he went over and beyond to help make a new car for me a reality with the help of the sales manager. He also kept trying to get me the best deal for my trade in! I am100% happy with this experience.
I special ordered a Mustang Mach E and from the very beginning it was an easy and fantastic experience. Before I placed my order, I worked with Michael Sell who answered all of my questions and did not push me into anything or force me to come in (which I appreciated). He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Fast forward 5 months when my Mach E was built and delivered, I worked with Aaron O'Gorman on my delivery day. He is a great salesman! He handled any concerns I had quickly and made me a happy customer. I did my leg work and checked out Mel Hambelton in Wichita as well before I ordered my Mach E with Rusty Eck... I am glad I chose Rusty Eck! From the very beginning Mel Hambelton was clueless regarding this particular car, I was passed around to 5 different sales people, and they were overall very pushy and very dismissive. I had quite the opposite experience from Rusty Eck, they were not pushy whatsoever, kept me informed, and are quick to respond. I will be using Rusty Eck again in the future for my next Ford.
Everyone there was very friendly and Sean Wallace was very helpful and knowledgeable on what I needed to get into.
I want to commemorate 2 people on outstanding customer service and a great amount of patience. I went in looking for a potential buy and left in a much newer vehicle. Sean was a great salesman that listened to what we were needing and what was in our price range. He didn't push anything on us at all. Brian in financial is the second person. He made the whole loan process easy and found us the absolute best deal possible. Would recommend working with these 2 individuals as they represent what any dealership should aim to be!
Have to say this was the worst experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Not only did they give me very little for my trade-in, they turned around and sold it for $7000 more than what I got for it. The whole time I was there I felt like they kept pushing me just so they could make a buck. Didn t really care about my feelings or concerns. While I was doing paperwork with finance all he cared about pretty much was receiving my down payment. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and I was thankful that they were able to drive to me for my co-signer to sign their portion of the paperwork. Me not asking and just thinking they would send me a copy of all my paper work, no they didn t. After 2 months of owning it I finally called and asked for a copy. The guy told me that he would have it taken care of and emailed to me. Never received anything. Two days later I was in Wichita and stopped at the dealership and asked for it. The guys response was Was I supposed to be printing you off or sending you something. I don t recall ever talking to you . Uh, thanks Adam Besides all that, the Jeep I bought started having issues the first week of owning it. Kept calling and asking what they could do to fix the problem and make it right and all I kept getting from them was you need to take it somewhere . No help what s so ever. I would honestly NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Rusty Eck Ford is an awful dealership to deal with. People, save your time and money and research your dealership of choice. I sure wish I would have before I wasted so much time with Rusty Eck
Brandon and his crew went above and beyond for my dad and I and our Mustang GT350. They under promised and over delivered by a million percent. Their service department will bring their sales department my future business! Super grateful for Chris (the technician) who drives a mustang himself and cared about our car like it was his own. Anyway they re good people who care about how much people care about their silly little cars they saved up to buy!
I want to give a shout out to two people at Rusty Eck. First, Adrienne in the service department is awesome. She was so helpful with my old car and because of her I decided to go back to buy my new car. Second, Mitch Murphy in sales was very helpful and didn't try too many classic car salesmen lines on me and I appreciated that. Everyone was very friendly and even though buying a car is a daunting task and seems to take forever they made it as painless as possible.
