Very overpriced. Fair service. Pizza was surely a frozen pizza - not as described on menu. Philly steak had little beef. This is our first and last visit.

Nice local bar and grill, good for meeting friends or watching the game. Lots of fried stuff on the menu, but a fun atmosphere.

Service was great and so was the food...no complaints except the booths u sink into the seats

The food here is good. I've always liked it. I do feel like the menu doesn't offer a lot and drinks are way overpriced.

Terrible service. Ordered a kids grilled fish meal and it was delivered in a pool of water in the delivery container. Called the restaurant and they (she) said there isn't anything they can do about it. Truly disappointed in the lack of care the staff member displayed. She was more sorry about the constant coughing in my ear than offering to resolve my concern/issue. A complete waste of money. I couldn't even eat the meal.

I just had one of the best dining experiences in my life thanks to our server, Reggie. He was extremely polite and made sure everything was taken care of at our table, kept a keen eye on our drinks, and got our order PERFECTLY!

He was really patient with my mom and grandma while they took their time to order and hit him with a dozen questions on multiple different items on the menu and he answered all of them right off the top of his head without any kind of hesitation.

The food was excellent and the service was beyond excellent! Thank you Reggie for making our evening!

The food is superior, Miriam (Miarian?) provided flawless service, and the thoughtful touches in the women s restroom solidify this place superior to your average local tavern. Will always return.

Went on a Saturday afternoon with the kids and had a great time. Very family friendly with changing tables in the restrooms. We spilled a drink at the table and the staff helped us clean it up and we're great.

The breading on the fish and chips and chicken fingers was amazing. Perfectly cooked and light and crisp. Worth going back for!

I can eat there every day. Great breakfast and lunch. Brother took me there so I guess something is good about brothers.

Loved the food. The taco salad was quite delicious and the staff was very accommodating to change the TV screen over to the game we wanted to watch. The service was okay. We will return if we are ever back in the area.

Would've been 5 but the entree was served about halfway through my app. I tried to wait to order it, but that didn't happen. She did a great job, catered to every substitution I requested. Definitely a go to if you're in the area. SpinQueso dip, the best!

Always enjoyed this restaurant until yesterday. Ordered the lunch trio, soup, salad and half sandwich. Waited a long time for the food. Asked the waiter if it would be out soon. His reply was "they are plating it now". Food came out cold. Told the waiter he said "oh" then never saw him again until he dropped the check off. Very disappointed.

My family and I choose this establishment for our youngest family members graduation dinner. We had heard great things and wanted to see for ourselves the real deal. She kept things moving and us very happy from the drinks and refills, to appertizers and our main meals

Most of the time when she past us she would check to see if everything was ok.. great great customer service. Now for appertizers half of the group order fried pickles, the others chicken cheese quesadillas both great ok. Food arrive all at one time. The reason why I'm mentioning this is because a few of us had made a little change to our order from what was on the menu. They got everything right. Again thanks to our server and the cooking staff...all smiles around the table

We've been coming here for over a year and have really liked it. Things have been going downhill though the past few months. Constant staff turnover and help wanted signs, and slower service along with more food quality issues.
We went on Sunday the 16th for lunch on our wedding anniversary and were eventually seated after almost a 5 minute wait. That was as far as we got since they never bothered to show up with water, take drink orders, or notice us at all. We got up and left after another 5 minute wait and don't expect to return for the rest of the year or longer.

Good is not bad and the service is quick during a busy Solon crowd.

The French fries were frozen, the mash potatoes seemed to be from a powder, the beans didn't seem to be cleaned, the carrots even seemed to be for pigs. Instead of gravy, the chef used Ketchup. The noodles were not fresh, and instead microwaved, there was too much oil in my Pesta dish. Although, the deep-fried pickles are amazing!
Would never go here again.

The food was Great but our server wasn't very good. Never came back to see how our food was or see if we wanted another drink. Too bad Great non chain restaurants get screwed over by bad servers.

Good food. The short rib hash was definitely comfort food. The short rib meat melted in my mouth. Great waiter!

I must confess, I've never been to a Rusty Bucket restaurant in my life. In fact, prior to this visit, I'm pretty certain that I would have never tried it out just based on their name. We were visiting clients in Ohio and our client chose this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. The only complaint that I had was the portions were way too big for an out of state traveler who really couldn't take home a doggy bag. The food was delicious and the service was great. Sadly, they don't have a Rusty Bucket where I live, but one can only hope!! Now I can cross that off my "Bucket" list.

I meet my girlfriend for lunchtime here. Alot. I enjoy their food and it seems to be just busy enough to look full but not hour long waits. That is amazing. We have have several things from burgers to salads and several different appetizers. All were excellent. Only one issue is the amount of fries on the side seems to vary. From normal to obscene to cost cutting. Past that good job. Maybe have the ladies not wait by the kitchen door. But as you can see. Even with that. It is still 5 star. Good job

Never ate here or even been here but had to use the restroom and the bathroom was very clean and ladies I know Im not the only one who monthly came unexpected and they have tampons for customer use I will be returning when I have more free time to eat and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere

Chicken tenders, fried pickles, the double nickle salad and the brunch are all great. We love it there.

Crowded most nights I have went there to eat but the food has been good and staff has been prompt.

Very clean, friendly and nice atmosphere. The food is excellent, I had the Ahi Tuna with Wasabi sauce and my wife had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, I would definitely go back.

Received great service here, and the food is exactly what you'd expect- typical bar fare, but delicious. The beer cheese burger was a highlight at our table.

The food and decor was fine but the servers need training. Their demeanor and attitudes were terrible, like they were to good to be waiting on us and they did not really care about making it a nice experience. I would not go back until the restaurant retains or get better servers.

This is always our go-to dinner date location because it never disappoints! Great food, prices and service. Make sure to sign up for their emails because you receive tips and discounts on the regular. Also, be sure to try the pizza - it has a crispy thin crust and the best sauce in CLE.
