Everyone Rustica employee I ve worked with has been helpful, knowledgeable, & extra mile customer service oriented. I had questions on 1st barn rail system before ordering. It turned out beautiful. Needed touch up paint after install & Teri made it happen. We decided to do another custom barn rail for pantry. Super happy about these Rustica Made in USA barn rail features in our dream home. Highly recommend!

Customer service is wonderful. Customer service rep, Drew, was patient and professional and answered all of our questions pre-purchase. He also made some important and helpful recommendations with our barn door configuration. It's clear he cares about customer and company alike. Rustica has an amazing selection of doors that are highly customizable and quality products.

I purchased the low clearance bypass door system as a solution to my bedroom closet. It has been quite the process installing this system. The instructions are not very clear and my system came with missing parts. When I complained, the company said that they could ship me the missing parts but that I would have to pay shipping (+$30!) because it was after the grace period. After negotiating, they agreed to send me the parts for free. Then it came time to install the track, and again it came with the wrong hardware and I had to buy the correct hardware myself at the store. Also, the track came without drill holes (I didn't realize that I had selected this option when I purchased it as I didn't know the default was to include the holes - this should have been made clear). So then I had to drill the holes myself and get a special drill bit and oil to cut through hard metal. My husband nearly broke his wrist helping me with this. We finally got the track up and are now having issues with the door stops - they are not staying put and my doors keep pushing them off the track and sliding off! Very poor design. The system looks great, but there is definitely a need for some quality control and design modifications (and better instructions!).

I ordered three doors from these folks. Two dutch doors and one entrance door. Unfortunately the workmanship is very poor. I attached one photo of a door seal. As you can see the seal raised roughly a half inch and now leaks. I had a master Carpenter look at repairing the door and he immediately pointed out how they use very poor quality wood. As you can see in the picture there's a Knott and as expected the wood warped. There are numerous other issues such as the joint's. One joint you can actually see clear through the door but the long and the short I definitely would not buy from again

While we had some initial ordering issues for one of our clients where the order was sent incorrectly, after spending time methodically dissecting what went wrong, Kristi helped to walk us through and get the balance of our order correct. She made it right for both us and our client and we appreciate her efforts to keep us as a satisfied customer.

Poor workmanship and quality of the doors is less to be desired. Would never buy another door for this company.

After a very long search for the most perfect front door for the home that my husband & I are restoring, I found Rustica! We have always love the 4' wide California style doors and this is hard to find in Texas! Rustic has a very user friendly website! And Amy at Rustica helped me build the most Awesome Door! As I built the door online, I spoke with her over the phone going over every single detail for this door! We ate Super Excited and can't wait till our Beautiful Door is delivered!!

Beware of the fine print. The doors are oversized and will not be delivered to your address. You must make arrangements to pick up your purchase from their shipping hub. I called customer service about my problem and did not received any help. I was just told you agreed to this in the fine print. On top of the shipping issues my doors were delayed twice and not ready as promised.

My parents bought this barn door unfinished, over $1000 after 4-5 months it fell apart. They have no warranty on an unfinished door, even though we followed their instructions to stain and seal right away. Their only offer is for us to buy another finished door at 50% off. Can you trust the workmanship again?
