Everyone Rustica employee I ve worked with has been helpful, knowledgeable, & extra mile customer service oriented. I had questions on 1st barn rail system before ordering. It turned out beautiful. Needed touch up paint after install & Teri made it happen. We decided to do another custom barn rail for pantry. Super happy about these Rustica Made in USA barn rail features in our dream home.
