We used Russen & Turner to sell our property after having just one viewing in the previous eight months using our original estate agent. Although I should mention that six of those months were during the early stages of the covid19 pandemic.
We initially met Mark Lock who offered some really helpful and professional advice about marketing the property. He took some very attractive photos that showed the bungalow off beautifully, and within 24 hours of it being advertised, Russen & Turner received five requests for viewings, one of which resulted in an formal offer and subsequent sale.
At all stages of the sale Russen & Turner staff (particularly Sam) were very helpful, especially in chasing agents and solicitors throughout a chain of six.
