This Is the worst dealership. I went there on Monday and told them I had low tire pressure reading on my dash. I stated on Saturday my tire was low and put 32 psi in my car. But again the alert came on. Went to this dealership and they said I had too much air in my tire. I was told they released the air and I was good to go. I asked the service advisor which tire was it and he said he didn t know. Wow! So the technician didn t communicate that information with the service advisor. I left. Two days later the alert reads again low tire pressure. I go back to this dealership and was told I have a nail in the tire and it can t be fixed because it s on the side. Said I need to replace the tire. Well I have a tire warranty from when I purchased my vehicle. They told me to call that dealership for that information when I already told these people I evacuated from Louisiana due to hurricane Ida. But I already knew my warranty information. But they didn t try to work with me at all. They wouldn t let the warranty company pay them directly because it would take them 24-48 hours for them to get their money. I m covered and they could verify that information when they called. They wanted me to pay $201! I left. They had no concern. Didn t care that I wasn t from here and basically stuck out. But thank god for discount tire company. They accept the warranty and took me right away. And I can t wait to get to a real Honda dealership that care about their customers.
