Just like other people I had a good service at the time of selecting the vehicle and doing the purchase transaction back in January 2021. But since it was late evening some papers needed to be process the day after. Sadly, I never received a $400 credit the sales person told me the dealership was supposed to give me. I called many many times to get this cleared out but accounting was never able to assist me. They kept telling me that they would try to pull the files from the initial transaction date and that they would get back with me, until this point they haven t.
