First off I can't recommend this firm enough. I will be giving a short form review and a long form so feel free to read whichever you want!

Short Review, I interviewed 13 different firms for my case, i wanted to be absolutely sure that i received the best representation. After deciding that Russel and Lazarus were the ones to take on my case, the process was so well handled, simple and streamlined, and the effort that i had to make was so mitigated. They guided me carefully through everything and handled almost all of it. The few things that were required of me were structured so easily it was such a huge stress relief and i was able to focus on recovery. I cannot recommend highly enough how professional the men and women at this firm are.

Long Review, Huge shout out to my case manager Sam, it cannot be understated how important a quality case manager is, not just the attorney. He handled so much of the work for the case setting up timelines procedures making sure appointments were in place going the extra mile to get my recovery on point. Physical therapy, X-rays and assessments all set up in a smooth and intelligent order, I really did have such a burden lifted off of me from Sam. He was able to make sure i was getting the care i needed while handling the details of the case. My physical health was of the utmost importance to me as i am an avid climber adventure photographer and participate in many extreme sports. These things are what makes my life happy and i didn't want to lose them to this accident. Sam made sure we were on the same page, the settlement process was in our minds but recovery was first and foremost. Thanks again Sam i can't say enough how much of an effect you had on my case and my recovery. As for the attorneys that represented me especially Marc, their negotiation, legal expertise and navigation of these complex cases is unparalleled by anyone on the west coast. The injuries i sustained were fractured sternum and shattered mid foot with plenty of tendon and ligament damage as well as many other minor injuries and problems. I was unable to walk on my own for a very long time and yet these injuries in the hands of many other lawyers could have been settled for much less than they were able negotiate for this case. We ended up receiving 95 % of what the settlement would even allow which is more than i or many others thought would be possible. All of this without trial or arbitration most would have though extremely unlikely, but not for the excellent staff at Russel and Lazarus. Things were settled smoothly and cleanly, it may take 1 to 2 years to go through the process but trust me it is worth it to take their advice focus on recovery refrain from social media and let these talented and determined professionals work their craft to get you what you deserve, a way back to as quality of a life as you can obtain and the means to pay the bills you accrued from this accident and expenses that piled up during this time. You really won't find a better personal injury or auto accident firm in the area.
