Fabulous service..bought replacement remote from them last year and was promptly posted out by courier and then bought another replacement one the other day as our professional movers have misplaced ours.. once again prompt efficient service and was able to pick up so had it immediately..very friendly staff.
I am totally over these guys. Terrible customer service and their products don't work. I do not recommend.

Purchased a replacement remote for T2100, fast delivery...very happy, thanks
Replaced a four year old Freeview which had decided to not acknowledge its own hard drive. New Freeview from Dish was OK to set up but picture quality was poor compared to the box it replaced. Tucked away in the features is USB record ONLY, this gives jerky and frozen video as the unit has no internal drive. Also still retains some poor software and logic, as in the guide still loads at a 90's dial up speed.

I give 2 of their staff, Shane and Kelvin top marks...over the phone they solved all my connection reboot problems and did it with understanding and patience......thanks so much. This service was even more special when we consider the challenges we all face over the next month with this virus.....a BIG thanks guys and a top company to work with.
Soo happy I have my (very humble) tiny living entertainment system working thanx to Dish TV Hamilton. Seen them maybe 3 or 4 times since Dish TV started. Problems always solved.
