I've just celebrated my fifth anniversary at Russell and couldn't be happier with the company I work for and the people I work with. We pride ourselves in creating wonderful buildings for the community while also building the skills of those who work at Russell. We truly have an excellent team!

Excellent general contractor for large and commercial construction
I've worked for Russell for the past 3.5 years and couldn't think of a better Quad Cities organization to work for. They truly care about every single employee, and that culture of caring and putting people first translates out to all of our clients and partners.
The hiring process was very hectic. I was offered the job and it took almost 3 weeks before I heard another thing about when to start. When I finally did start and the business was just trying to get up and running. They were creating a new company called My Butler. The company seems like it has potential to be a good thing. The work environment is very stressful as it is women who tend not to be 100% honest with each other. A lot of negative talk occurred about other employees. Just be cautious because no matter what you do there's a potential to be fired for no reason. And when asked why they will tell you they do not have to give you a reason.
