Good service and fast turn-around from the team at the Runaway Bay Marina. I have been using the facilities for 4 years now and I recommend them.

I have my boat at the Marina on and off for 4 years and always find service fantastic.

Everything you need in a marina --- if you need any last minute supplies go to the cafe besides the Chandler's - good sandwiches!

When I returned at 11:30pm the boat had been put away. I did not request it to be put away and docked the correct way as instructed so the boat would be left in the water. There was no contact numbers after hours so I was forced to drive through the night back to Lismore
and return the next day. The Cain driver said made a mistake and put it away. I was given the impression by management I would be looked after at renewal time.
But still had to pay full price, all i asked for was one month fee storage. A small discount is the least they can do, and move on with business.
This mistake cost me time, money and frustration. Not the service I have paid for, other than that staff are great. Thanks

Had a berth for a week the staff were so obliging great customer service left my window open made a call they went straight to my boat and closed Highly recommended this Marina

Runaway bay Marina is the worst marina I have ever experienced. Don't expect any long term discounts or any service of any kind . The manager Michael Grundy is rude and arrogant . The receptionist Luke is a space cadet . The facility is run down and dangerous. The shipyard is a major safety and environmental hazard. The best part is that they overcharge on everything and send your hard earned money overseas to a already filthy rich multi millionaire. Avoid this place at all cost! 0/10
