The staff helped me when I showed up on the lot to find what I was looking for. Angel explained all the cool new features the 2021 Civic I had selected came with and demonstrated them during the test drive. The staff helped me get everything setup for my new car and get in and out quickly.

Came in with financing ready, salesman was at first very helpful. Found what I wanted and the pressure began. "Run credit, come in again, let's run numbers, talk to the manager." Beyond pushy. Never the less I was offered an OTD price which myself and the salesman agreed on so then they take over 24 hours to run my credit despite me already being approved.fair enough, that's standard anywhere BUT watch out they don't give you all your choices, this is when it started looking shady. Manager then changes the agreed price and adds almost an extra 4K on top. No thanks. Don't waste your time, I recommend going elsewhere.
Rudolph Honda's service department is nothing short of excellent. I receive exceptional service, quality maintenance, and targeted repair/routine maintenance recommendations. I also appreciate that the staff is not pushy about scheduling recommended routine maintenance. Don't hesitate to give them a try, they're doing a great job for me.

From the moment we walked onto the lot he immediately made us feel at ease. It was clear that his main goal was to genuinely help us. No high pressure or stressful sales pitches at all. We really felt like we were dealing with a person of great integrity who truly cared about our wants and needs in buying a car.
