CASHIER HAS NO FACE COVERING
I have been coming to this store and recommending it to my friends for years, and now I regret it completely because I have put my friends in DANGER. I cannot believe that they have a mask policy yet the man behind the counter just REFUSES TO WEAR A FACEMASK. It is a danger to the community and is completely inappropriate and vulgar. I will never ever be spending my money there again and neither should you. Do not support this terrible establishment, there are great magic shops in Chicago and in this pandemic this store has proven itself to not be one of them.

Long time lurker, first time shopper: this is exactly what I wanted it to be and more! It felt like I was walking into a loved ones living room and everyone was just as warm. They re currently observing 5 customers at a time under plague rules and I had a lovely chat with a fellow customer outside while we waited our turn. Comprehensive inventory, nice staff, nice customers, and there s even a shop cat!

Don t bother. The guy at the front is rude . The energy you give , is the energy you will get back.

Great shop but the guy at the front doesn t wear a face mask, even though they have a face mask policy for customers. Really unprofessional.

Staff is super friendly and willing to answer all of your questions. They give you tips to help you on your journey. I love it here.

I ordered some herbs and other items, they came today. I am super excited.
It came nicely packaged, everything like I expected! Will order from them again!!

I've been coming here with my father since I was a kid. I recommend Alchemy Arts to all my friends who are interested in anything spiritual. I really respect and love this place. The environment is warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental.
