I have worked with RubyHaus for a variety of needs associated with my workplace for several years. From web site design to consulting, graphic design work to database management, RubyHaus has always been the go-to source. Timely, regular status updates, unique and creative design, over-delivery on all promises, and a great work ethic on all projects. I would highly recommend RubyHaus for any company who is seeking to brand and grow a business of any type.

I was referred to this company by an acquaintance who was friend of Scott. I spoke on the phone and went to a meeting in their Kettering office. I was promised a great web site, mail, the works. They promised to listen and assured satisfaction. A budget was set.
That is not what I got.
I spoke to several web site designers, several because apparently Rubyhaus has a lot of turnover and they use sub contractors. None of them produced a product. It was start from scratch each time.
After several months and excessive costs, unreturned calls, BS excuses, I gave up on Rubyhaus. i would not recommend them to anyone.
If you do use them make a hard copy of all communications. They program their email to delete.

The Ohio Renaissance Festival and multiple events at Renaissance Park Event Center in Waynesville, OH have used RubyHaus extensively for web site design, hosting, design projects, database management, branding projects and consulting since the company's inception. RubyHaus has consistently over-delivered on their proposals, given excellent customer service, and communicated progress the entire length of the project at hand. Being in the event industry, it's very fast paced with sometimes less than lengthy timelines and RubyHaus has always been punctual. Highly recommend RubyHaus' services as an asset to growing any business.
