When we got to our room, I was surprised. I looked amazing! (see pictures). Much better than wework. But then I was told that this was just a conference room. Indeed, regular offices are not nearly as nice, they are very very basic (just desks) and cramped.
The common area looks good. The location is not great: it's far from Caltrain, and to get to Santana row you need to go around the construction site which is pretty big.
The staff was very nice and friendly.
Overall, I didn't spend enough time there to give a well-rounded review, but it is definitely not 5 stars.

Great location and friendly staff! I've had an office here for almost 2 years now and it is fantastic. SPACES allows me the structure/ discipline of being in an office versus working from home, a professional atmosphere to both network and host, and the opportunity to use several other SPACES locations around the world as my job has a high demand on travel. Perfect for what I need as a start up company working with partners and colleagues around the globe. Close freeway access and free parking were also a big plus over "the other guys" in the South Bay. Keep up the great work!

I worked in their office for a short duration, and tried to cancel my subscription. The user portal does not offer a way to cancel, and it took me about a month of phone calls, emails, and headache to finally cancel. That was in November, and it is now March and they are still sending me invoices for subscriptions that I did not order. The work environment is good, but impossible to unsubscribe from. Do not use the service if you are considering cancelling at any time.

Great location, and lovely place to work at as a small business. But be warned! Myself along with my business partners have all not been able to cancel memberships. They have a terribly complicated process, and never able to follow up on time and/or have an answer.

We have been getting charged for months now and no one has been able to answer as to why.

This is a co-working space in which my company has an office. The space is modern with a fair amount of amenities for tenants. The staff is friendly but not always as organized as one would expect.

I've terminated my lease 6 months ago and I am still receiving invoices and getting charged... This office simply asked me to talk to the customer support. The customer support never replied my emails and their phone is always busy. Maybe this is not a fault of this office but this is something you should know when you consider any Regus location.

At first the Space seemed great, modern and staff was friendly. When we got in to the colder months (December / January) the private office I had rented was freezing (sub 65 degrees). They have big heating problems in this building across the board, and they have no control over it (the landlord does). After weeks of filing tickets, talking to staff and them unsuccessfully talking to the landlord, trying to get additional heaters installed, it was a total loss -- and I decided to move out early and cut my losses before the end of my lease (I lost valuable time and work over several weeks trying to resolve this). I have tried to have them refund me for some of the time and money I lost (at minimum the months I did not use the office) -- but those requests have fallen on deaf ears. I would highly warn anyone thinking of using this co-working space to think twice if you plan to be there during winter... Also, don't expect any kind of customer service or support -- it is impossible to get anyone on their customer service team, or in management on the phone, so I wouldn't expect any help if you run into any issues.

My husband and I needed a place to work remotely while we were in town and stumbled upon Spaces. What a gorgeous co-working space in the heart of Santana Row, super friendly/helpful staff at the front desk, and a short walk away from food and shopping to grab lunch or take a walk. Gino made sure we were checked-in fast and could connect to the wifi successfully so we could get to work in a few short moments. We will definitely be back!
