At first the Space seemed great, modern and staff was friendly. When we got in to the colder months (December / January) the private office I had rented was freezing (sub 65 degrees). They have big heating problems in this building across the board, and they have no control over it (the landlord does). After weeks of filing tickets, talking to staff and them unsuccessfully talking to the landlord, trying to get additional heaters installed, it was a total loss -- and I decided to move out early and cut my losses before the end of my lease (I lost valuable time and work over several weeks trying to resolve this). I have tried to have them refund me for some of the time and money I lost (at minimum the months I did not use the office) -- but those requests have fallen on deaf ears. I would highly warn anyone thinking of using this co-working space to think twice if you plan to be there during winter... Also, don't expect any kind of customer service or support -- it is impossible to get anyone on their customer service team, or in management on the phone, so I wouldn't expect any help if you run into any issues.
