Don't be fooled by this restaurant's appearance; the food is awesome! I'm not a big salad fan but I literally crave Rubi's Greek salad with grilled chicken. I know what you're thinking, can a salad really be that good? I'm telling you, it is the stuff dreams are made of. The pizza is among the best in town and the specials always impress. Overall if you stop by Rubi's you won't be disappointed no matter what you order.

There food is so good!
There dinning room is a little grungy looking and could be updated in spots. Looks like they need a bigger building as well.

The food is fantastic, the service is great, the place could be cleaner!

My wife and I ate dinner here for celebration of our 19th And a versary we both had the lasagna and a Greek salad it was incredible dining area a little small quite comfortable though enjoyed ourselves completely and took home some really delicious left Overs I recommend it

Says they are open till nine but they always shut down before that. Between one and ten I give them a four.

My stromboli came out in about 10 minutes but my friends took 30 min. He asked them about it and they told him it took a long time to cook lol come on people....he says he wont be back sorry

Food is top notch but service and wait time leaves a lot to be desired.

Strawberries and cream are amazing! Chicken fettuccine alfredo is my go to meal.

Wonderful place to dine. Very friendly employees and delicious, plentiful food. Desserts are divine. Great location and not too crowded but busy. Food service didn't take long at all though. Prompt refills and clearing plates. Will be going back again.

The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous and well priced for the large portions. The cheese steak was awesome.

Amazing food every time, pizza wonderful, salad amazing

It took a while to get your food but,it was a very good experience. Everyone was respectful made you feel like you were at home, polite friendly environ- ment. It was clean and I'm a tough cookie when it comes to my food diverse crowd. I will be there again...

Pizza was good but the subs and stuffed peppers not so much. It was my first time trying their food, I was a little let down. My wife said there was no meat in her stuffed peppers, the subs were ok a little to much cheese and some Italian dressing would have made the taste better. I will say our 2 youngest loved the pizza, so did I probably the best cheese pizza I've tasted. Large pizza is huge more like a New York style with big slices. We will be getting pizza in the future and maybe try some other items.

Love this pizza here! The pizza is super huge and it's delicious and you really get the bang for your buck! However, like many others have stated the customer service isn't the best. Not as bad as some other places, but other than that I can't complain. Good prices for the huge quantity of food. If they just worked on their customer service this would be great.

They have the best Philly cheese steak in town hands down! Even better than in Philly itself. I know personally! Venetian Fettuccini is fantastic. Their Lasagna is also delicious. Greek Salad is phenomenal. House salad dressing rocks. Strawberries and cream is to die for! Many many great options to choose from. 5 stars indeed. Worth a try!!

Ordered the large steak and cheese...what a MONSTER!!!! Made 2 meals out of it and soooooo good

Slow service! Order took over 45 minutes and it was for just 1 person. Not the place to go if you're in even the slightest hurry.

Everything I have tried has been good. Their house dressing is amazing. Heard their spag sauce is not so good.

Pizza is so good, better than The Pizza Place for sure.

Best philly cheesesteak ive ever had and all the food is made in house nothing frozen and warmed up. Its amazing

Ordered pizza and it never came. They called us an hour later saying we needed to order $65 or more to receive delivery and that they never recieved an address. When we called, the first thing we asked was do they deliver to our hotel. All they could say was "sorry."

Would be really great if just more organized. Cute inside , good food, friendly staff. Cafeteria style, so you can get in and out quickly. But, you have to find your own table, and we came at a rush, so there is one poor girl working the floor- trying to clean tables while people stood around. Trays were stacked at opposite side of counter from where you come in - at register, so when you walk in, they start to take your order, hand you your salads and we had to look for the trays . Silverware is at two stations out in the dining area, awkward to get to, and not stocked well. Like I said, if just better organized, could be really great! They offer pizza by the slice, a variety of Italian dishes, salads, and desserts- what we had was very tasty.

We had a big take out order. They not only got everything right, but it was delicious!

Food is sooo good! Took a long time to get my to go order but was worth it.

Great food at fair prices. The service isn't the greatest though. Every now and again you will get a friendly staffer, but usually kids that could care less. If you have the misfortune of getting one of the adults to wait on you, they can be down right rude.... That said, the world is full of jerks, and their food makes up for it.

Fantastic food!!! I loved that there were tons of vegetable options and options for my gluten-free colleague, but also tasty pizza.

First time eating at Rubi s. The gentleman taking your order was extremely nice and very informative of the bar items. The slice of pizza was pretty good but it needed just a little more sauce. The philly cheese steak sub was out of this world!! By far the best cheese steak I ve ever eaten! This will most certainly be a regular dining choice any time I am in the Parkersburg area!

Great pizza and Stromboli but the strawberries and cream are the best I've ever had!

We ve been coming here for years and every visit is better than the last. We usually get a pizza roll or sandwich and strawberries and cream for dessert. The strawberries are amazing but recently we discovered that they also sell cannolis. Cannolis have a more chocolatey taste which suits me a bit better. Definitely bring future generations here to get a taste of perfection

Amazing pizza! I also really like the cheese steak sandwich. You will definitely want to get an order of strawberries and cream!

Mussels are excellent as is the cheese steak and the staff is friendly as well.

GREAT PIZZA not just pizza at average price and a takeout window. Cheesteak calzone is incredible. Their dipping sauce is really something special.
