Food is good but the place is dingy and the employees are obnoxious

Placed an order on 5/23/18 @ 5:14 pm, asked the girl at the register (Asia) how long it would be, she responded 30-35 mins. which was ok and would leave me plenty of time to make it to work which was a 45 minute drive from there. After sitting there and waiting until 6 pm I asked how much longer? The response was another 10 minutes with a snide comment from her saying I told you that it would be at least 30 mins. My order finally came up at 6:10 pm minus my salad with no apology for my wait but yet another snide remark. I love the food there but with the snide comments and attitude that I received as so called customer service today, I am really starting to question whether or not I will go back!!!

Wonderful service from professional and polite employees along with wonderful food that is priced right in nice size portions that have filled me up everytime !

Great place to eat for true Italian food. A little pricey but well worth the money & the portions are huge! Service is excellent. The dinning room is on the small side so if you have a large party get there before the normal meal rush time so you can get seating without waiting. Love this place!

The food isn't bad, its really pretty good with a little seasoning, what kills me is the big guy behind the counter always touches the food with bare hands.

Food is amazing! Portions are large and filling. Very reasonably priced. Every thing on their menu is amazing. Instant favorite restaurant.

Nice pizzas and desserts but kind of cramped. I would go test it out to see if you would like it first I wouldn t say it s for everybody.

The food was good , but the wait here was horrendous. There was 5 people in the lobby and it took me almost 30 minutes to get 2 Subs! Then when I finally got my order which was for there they made it to go and had to redo it. Not very good staff!

This place is amazing it tastes scrumptious and they have a great price for 2 pizzas and a 2 liter the only reason I m not giving them a 5 star is because it s not that clean or nice which I think they can make it look really nice because they get great service and has been in business for many years great food great price not that nice or clean inside

Cheesesteaks and strawberries are the way to go. The bread that is used for the subs is great. Very small inside.

Literally sat and waited on pizza for 45 minutes before they told me I needed to give my ticket (that the ticket guy gave me) to the register girl before the ticket to make my food went to the back...so now I'm waiting on the pizzas I have waited on for 45 minutes again. Fathead ticket guy literally stood up front and talked out the side of his mouth to a waitress about if I was upset I should have called my order in...you won't need to worry about that fatboy...I won't be back

There are 3 restaurants in the Parkersburg area that I love. This is 1 of them. I've been eating here about once a month every month for the past 12 years. I really love the strawberries and cream! Another favorite is the Greek salad with chicken added along with the house dressing. YUMMY! The cooks/owners are serious about their food. They are kind to customers. However, they occasionally have a rude order taker.

It was Ok. Not to fond of items cooked ahead and just reheated so we ordered our own pizza and it wasn't to bad. Plenty of toppings.

Got a italian stromboli and cream and strawberries. Both were very tasty. The service is why I'm giving 5 stars. There were several people ensuring my experience was good. There was a guy in a beenie that went out of his way to make sure my food was good to make sure i had something to drink even tho it was only water And to give me a bag and plastic cutlery with my left over food.

Food quality is top notch, and service is timely. Strawberry cream is a great finish to their health portions
