The negative review here is extremely odd. It is almost unintelligible. Rubicon does not do residential or VA housing. They are 100% commercial properties. And they are top notch. On top of that, Inna that works at Rubicon is a great person. This is a small shop with expert owners that is creating tremendous value in the space.

Inna Radford of Rubicon Realty Group, I noticed that you represented both sides of the deal. I apologize about your experience, this is the first time we have heard of this situation. We found this complaint odd because the client that you represented, hired us for this property and was not dissatisfied with our services. When we inspect a property; we do no take sides or cause fear, we state only facts and let the buyers make a well informed decision. Every client has different tolerances and the state that this property was in was outside of your clients tolerance. On this property the roof was in need of repair; there was painted over rotted wood on all sides of the property; tile cracks and wall cracks on a freshly remodeled house; doors loose and damaged; thermal panes with lost seals; improperly wired sub panels; open ended wires in the attic; most of the wiring was still the old two wire system; GFCI not working; plumbing leaks in every bathroom; CSST not properly installed; and missing insulation through out the entire remodel. The list continues but the clients where not interested in a project house. These clients are also veterans, it would have been extremely difficult for the VA loan to close from the amount of conducive conditions on your Wood Destroying Inspect report. Again, we apologize it did not work out and please reach out to us so we can discuss how we can improve our training. All our inspectors go through intensive training and understand each client has their separate needs.
The next thing that is odd is your previous client hired us again requesting James with you representing them.
