This is the worst insurance company I've ever had. I giving NO STARS because of how I being treated. They overcharge for policy fees - $995.00. I sold a 2002 Saturn on 4/29/2019 and a 2017 Nissan Altima 5/1/2019. On my graduation day 5/16/2019 from college I was rear ended and as a result my car was totaled. The agent Chris Lohrey (THE ROCK INSURANCE) put the SOLD vehicle back on my policy - which is illegal. Continuing paying for insurance for a car I sold is totally his mistake. I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra on 6/14/2019 I had coverage from that date to 6/24/2019. My renewal date was 6/24/2019 and STATE AUTO SYSTEM DEFAULTED BACK to the SOLD 2002 Saturn BECAUSE THE AGENT CHRIS LOHREY (THE ROCK INSURANCE) NEVER TOOK THE CAR OFF. Now the agent Chris Lohrey (THE ROCK INSURANCE) is pointing the finger at STATE AUTO and STATE AUTO INSURANCE is trying to make me pay for a mistake that Agent Chris Lohrey (THE ROCK INSURANCE) did; which was illegal. This is the FAULT of the AGENT CHRIS LOHREY (THE ROCK INSURANCE) and STATE AUTO - i PAID what I was told to PAY; WHICH WAS AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FAITHFULLY EACH MONTH.

I contracted Covid from my former job and RTW took forever to settle the bills. I am still having residual effects and RTW just denied a bill that came in that is definitely related to my Covid. They should definitely be paying this bill. I hope I never have to deal with them again. Having Covid is bad enough but dealing with this stress is awful.

They will trick you with a low premium. Then after the year is up will send you a bill for more than the entire premium. Give you 20 days to pay. During a nation wide government forced shutdown where you have zero income coming in. Corperate vampires. Hope you family doesn't want to eat or doesn't mind living in a car. My does but guess we don't have a choice now. You have been warned.
