We initially received an email from this company in reference to their services for the WEX gas card and possibly factoring. However the rep Brad that I spoke to emailed us and the signature on the email apparently was not his. I spoke to him he laid out the details and I advised him we would be in touch. I later found out RTS is just a branch of WEX and we later conducted business with WEX directly since there are not as many fees to use their cards.

Upon doing that the Rep, Brad continued to contact our company in reference to his services. I then realized there was a miscommunication as our driver didn t know the two companies were not the exact same, as FLEET ONE was in the signature which gives the appearance that all are lumped into the same business. After advising Brad of this he still contacts us weekly, we continue to receive DocuSign s at 1am and 2 am sometimes. I have gone as far as blocking him as spam from our email however it still comes through. The fact that our few conversations were not clear to him although it was obviously clear is exactly why we will not do business with RTS. Save yourself the time and headache.

Didn t have too much contact with other guys, but Joe (Joseph) is doing a great job as customer rep. Very responsive. Great and friendly voice to talk to whenever some things would pop up.
I would highly recommend him.

They are everything you don t want smh I ve sent them ratecons, BOL, & invoice an still have got paid, I can t never reach anyone, I have them for factoring an I wish I didn t please please pleas read this an think before allowing them to help you smh

Got fuel card through them, Adam Buls is my representative and has answered any and all questions I've had quickly. So far very pleased with the services.

I have been working with them since 2015 and i am quite happy and satisfied with the service they provide. Joseph(Joe) is a great guy to work with. Will definitely recommend these guys. No complaints. Keep up good work .

Great card for fuel services across the states. No issues at all. Adam Buls is great to work it. He s very informative and was a great help with getting set up with the fuel card.

I was contacted multiple times by this company about getting a gas card and its benefits. I was denied for a regular credit card as I am a new business and have no commercial credit. I was told I could do the secured credit card option where I front them the money and they give me a line of credit for that amount and report to the credit bureau in order to help me build some commercial credit. I specifically asked were there any fees in setting up this account (if it were a regular credit card I wouldn't mind, but I don't find it sufficient that I need to pay you a fee for you to hold my money) I was told no there were no fees. I get the info in my email to set up the account and made the initial payment. A couple of days later I get a letter in my email showing that $75 was taken out of the amount that I paid. I contacted my rep and was told that I had made the payment the wrong way and they usually send of the account stuff over to him before they send it to me and he gets the $75 waived which is why he told me there were no fees. The account was also a prepaid debit card account and not a credit account meaning it didn't report to the credit bureau. So now you tell me what was the point in opening this account at all?!?!? I was told by my rep not to worry that he would take care of it. A week later and now I am told that I can not get my $75 back and that I signed a contract that stated that I would be charged $75 and that I was a lier when I said that the rep specifically told me there were no fees and was told that I should read my contract better next time. So I got absolutely nothing that I was told by this Rep Johnny Brooks. I also tried to contact fleet one (who they say is the one that charged the $75 and can never get through....go figure). I would not trust this company with any of its products at all!! Way to rip off a company that is just starting out in this dire time of need.

Worst service ! Stay away please. Save yourself some time and money. If you are late on your fuel payment they will charge you $75.00 and if you trying to make a payment on your account they will charge you $15. All your saving on fuel it s coming right back to them.

Excellent company! All literally explain and conduct up to the end! Help with any questions! Armen is just the best employee!!! Factoring, Fuel, All conditions were sent and discussed before signing of the agreements.
