If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This company employees staff who do not like to report for their shifts, show up when they want to, cancel contracts early, and have no accountability. The staff rarely report for their last shifts, and the company doesn't hold them accountable for that. What is the point in having contract staff and paying an elevated rate if you cant trust them to report as scheduled.

NURSES BEWARE....canceled contract early and gave two weeks notice due to horrible working conditions, and have written proof. Was not willing to jeopardize my license for RTG or hospital. Now company says I walked off assignment and are only going to pay minimum wage. Used car salesman with no integrity. Not for the nurses they employ but for the hospital....work at your own risk.
I have applied last year and was denied employment due to my background! I heard so much about rtg medical and wanted to become apart of the team! I have a good set of working skills and I am very professional when it comes to taking care of patients! I just don t understand why this company is so strict and dint believe in second chances or giving someone a second chance! My charge is 10 years old! I haven t been in trouble in 10 years! I have a 1 year old daughter that I m trying to provide for! But it s jobs like rtg medical and so many more that give people like me a hard time to try and provide for my little family! And I think it s wrong they don t believe in second chances! I have a lot of go-workers and friends that can vouch for me and my behavior and techniques and skills and my professionalism! I wouldn t mind being an employee of rtg medical if I can ever become a part of the team!
I worked with RTG since 11/19. My recruiter was Sara. She was a overall a good recruiter. Always treated me right up until my last contract. My roommate works at a hospital that has covid. He tested positive for covid and in result I couldn't work for 24 days. Initially my hospital advised me I could go back to work after about two weeks if I get the results in time. I felt like I was being played, the hospital truly didn't know what their policy was and RTG wasn't willing to pay me covid pay because I didn't get exposed at work. Sad thing is, is that RTG got money from the state for the pandemic.

I've been with RTG for nearly 4 years. They were my third agency. The Agency is well organized and I always have someone to contact if I have questions. I have never been ghosted. My recruiter, Christina, knows what I need in an assignment and communicates regularly. The pay is better than other agencies. I've only once had a difficult assignment and RTG had my back. I can trust Christina and RTG.
I worked for them twice, and fill out my benefits package and emailed it in. Both times they refused to give me the 401k with match stating I didnt fill out the paperwork... but unfortunately for them I had proof because I emailed it. I even spoke to the owner and he still refused to pay it. How many other wages did they cheat me out of?... So many other companies to choose from. Do not choose RTG medical
Oh the places you will go! I'm a proud traveller with RTG and I can't speak highly enough of my recruiter and the travelling process with RTG. One point of contact, excellent communication, clear and concise contracts and no pressure. My recruiter has gone out of her way to listen to my needs and what is important to me and has helped me find the best places to go based on what is available and what is important to me. The benefit of RTG is the relationship that is created between traveller and recruiter. RTG is not a call centre, they take care of their employees and their employees take care of their travellers.
