Utterly dreadful corporation to deal with as a patient and especially as a former employee. Abusive managers, incredibly unprofessional and deceitful members of management are also a thing there. I witnessed, in-person, the former manager of Network Engineering and the now Director of IT have a shouting and insult match in the middle of a meeting. The CIO is the condensate of incompetence and has little alliances with the in-crowd and if you re not a member of his little clique, then you re in for a very unpleasant ride. Just look at Radia s customer reviews and imagine what it would be like to work there. Bottom of the barrel!
Radia insisted we owed $29.72 in December 2018. I contacted the secondary insurance who confirmed they had made payment. Radia insisted I go back to insurance company for information on how payment was made since they had no record and said they're calls went unanswered. I gave them the information and was informed that Radia was going to do their own investigation (December 2019). I assumed it was taken care of when I didn't hear from them for four months. In mid May I got a letter saying if I didn't pay, bill was going to collection! I'm still struggling with this with them. STAY AWAY from this company. I found their telephone customer service frustrating, robotic, and oriented toward informing the customer of their policies rather than solving problems.
I have received countless bills from these folks for services that were paid 100% by insurance directly to the provider, which big surprise, was not Radia. These folks are running a con.

Double billed on an xray when this company has no affiliation with the provider, Swedish. They should not be billing me.
I know because I had another set of xrays done at Swedish. For that set, I was only billed once and did not get a second charge run through this company like it did the first time.
I've never even heard if this place and they won't stop SPAMMING my phone sending me "bills" and texts. Clearly unprofessional.
These guys x-rayed my chest just in the nick of time. Highly recommended.
Horrible! They won't stop spamming my cell phone. I don't even know who these people are or why they would be sending me any sort of notification!
They double billed me 3+ months ago. They have told me 10x that I would be refunded in a few days. They always miss their deadlines to refund me. I call. They promise. $ is still not received. Repeat. I think they are just trying to wait me out and keep my $ hoping I give up. Most unethical company I have ever dealt with. Swedish! stop using these thieves for your imaging ......
Text spam machine. They keep trying to double-bill me after paying the amount to the hospital in-full over a month ago.
