To anyone looking into employment here, I ASSURE you, it is not worth it. The owner incompetent and does not know how to manage, has constantly moving goal posts and will flip flop from giving praise to threatening to fire you day to day. Shows favoritism to certain employees because he has hired family and friends. The pay not on-par with what the title says and how much the job actually demands. There is a high turnover rate for a reason. You could end up fired 3 days before Christmas for not meeting expectations or be giving praise for your performance and then the next week fired because a customer had a complaint. There is no pleasing anyone her, it is not worth it.
