When our AC stopped working right before the hottest week of the year, RS Andrews sent someone out as soon as possible. They installed the part the day it arrived, which was earlier than expected. Such a lifesaver when it's in the 90s! For both the initial inspection and the repair, the technician arrived on time. The front office and the technician were courteous and professional. Great experience!
R.S Andrews provided excellent service. I was at work and my sister called to say there was a constant steady mist coming down from the ceiling in my garage and that it was enough to make the floor wet. Worried it could be something with the pipe, I called around for service, no one had availability until 3 or 4 days except R.S. Andrews, they scheduled service for the next day. 2 hours before their scheduled time of arrival my sister called to say water was now shooting from the water heater. Before I could call the plumbing service, my sister called back to say they had arrived. Cody Melon was professional, immediately shut the water down to the house and determined the problem was the water heater and the regulator. He had the problem resolved and the new water heater and regulator in by that night. We were only without water for 4 hours. The reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star was because of price. The total cost for water heater and regulator was $2300. Not knowing how serious the problem was and the speed of service and not knowing the cost of these things made it worth it for me, but if you have time to shop around and price I've been told it should have been half that price.
Zack and Curtis were on-time, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to make sure I knew what was going on, why they were doing what they did, and how things would work when they left after installing the new system. A great experience, one that I will heartily recommend to friends and family. Ed
Cannot say enough good things about RS Andrews. I submitted an online enquiry with them at 11pm one night after a no-show (no call either) from another company. I decided my business was worth better. At 7.30am the following day, RS Andrews called me back, set up an appointment for the same day. The technician was early (and let me now he was running early first!), he was polite, friendly, and repaired the issue. He also set up a cleaning that I requested based on my tricky schedule, which I had done only a couple of days later. The team that came were also friendly, efficient, and extremely respectful. My experience has shown me that RS Andrews definitely has people who care about their job and the people they have as clients. They truly make sure you are happy. I highly recommend this company.
Just wanted to give a nice shout out to David who handled our Plumbing emergency on January 21st. He was great and should get recognized for going above and beyond the normal customer service. He was especially considerate. Handled perfectly and promptly. Will use your company again and highly recommend.
Recently hired the RS Andrews Insulation team to help bring our attic insulation up to proper code. Five stars is not enough to describe my experience in working with them. From the service manager, Obed, down to the techs, Patrick & Terry; they all where such a pleasure to work with. Each of them where professional, thorough, honest and timely. Will recommend them to all of our family and friends.
UPDATE: After seeing this review, the company contacted me and are willing to make amends by paying for the destroyed landscaping and agreeing to refund my money until the job is finished. I appreciate their willingness to make it right and am feeling much better now. I'll update again once the job is finished.
I ordered a generator almost 7 months ago. They finally showed up this past week and proceeded to destroy about $1,000 worth of mature azaleas rather than check with me to see if they remembered the correct place to put the generator. They also dumped all the branches in a corner of my yard for me to take care of later. Then, they charged me in full even though the system wasn't up and running... explaining a plumber would be out in a couple of days to finish the install. The plumber showed and explained that someone should have contacted the gas company to exchange my meter -- the gas company says it will take 6-8 weeks. This could have and should have been addressed months ago. I'm now out close to 17k and have nothing to show for it besides some ruined landscaping and a generator that doesn't work.
ARS Andrews is simply out to strictly stick it to the small guy and make as much profit on the backs of Local consumers.
I was planning to buy a new AC unit next year for my new home I just purchased from ARS Andrews, however I just recently had a terrible experience with that company! on a very small issue I had with my Hot Water Heater. I have a local company I could have used! A mom and pop! However I just wanted to start building a relationship with one of the larger companies in the area.
I am new to the area Home Depot has always been my favorite Home store for appliance and Garden center etc. I will never ever use ARS Andrew for anything I will tell all my colleagues I work with at the Airport how my experience with ARS. They are out to stick to you. I am happy of this encounter because I was set at to purchase AC unit I will be more than happy to go to a small business.
These people are great. They are reliable, trustworthy and professional. I have had them maintain my 2 HVAC units for over a year now,always great service and performance by David, my tech. When one of my older systems died, their quote was competitive and fair. The salesman was great, installers were excellent. I trust and rely on R. S. Andrews to take care of my HVAC needs and highly recommend them, without reservation.
Technician Shawn Stancliff replaced the wiring and glass globes to my two hall lights and installed three smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout my house. I now have a well illuminated hallway and a house with a reliable alert system for smoke and/or carbon monoxide. I appreciate Shawn's efforts to install these five items to my satisfaction.
