Chic, comfortable place, coffee gives very good morning.

I have always been well received, very good accommodation.

The space is surprising, large, covered, very nice for events such as fashion fair.

Excellent hotel, close to shopping, three minutes from praia da barra, excellent accommodation, cleanliness, good service.

Good structure for parking, accessibility for wheelchair users.

Good infrastructure, pity not having spaces for motorbikes in the garage.

Quiet location. I like it there and the commercial options. But they can improve!

I loved! Very good and gentle attention, giant rooms with balcony. The hotel is located on a property that contains offices and a mall, with a lot of security.
The breakfast is very complete, and the area where it is made has a view of the basement of the mall, where you can see a fountain and a very beautiful decoration.
The only thing we couldn't see is the pool area. We are looking forward to spending more days there

Anywhere on Av. Ayrton Senna is bad enough, but this one has outdone itself. Entry and exit from the same place: attention! Wherever you park, you have to walk A LOT to reach the entrance to any of the very poorly signposted buildings. Extremely slow visitor identification system, when it works. Parking is paid, and expensive, when in fact they should pay visitors for going to that end of the world. The only box for paying for parking is as far away as possible ... from parking! Whoever designed this stupidity must hate the elderly, wheelchair users, people with infants and disabled people of all kinds.

Excellent space. The only caveat is the location and signage of the toilets. Improving this point will be very good

It's an empty mall. It has many shops to sell and rent. Parking has a good price.

The place has only receptionist from 07h, for those arriving before 7h, the place is desert. You only have security in front of the hotel near Ayrton Senna Avenue and underground near the escalator. The doors that should be unlocked only with access cards, several times are in the manual where anyone can access, besides that door is far from the security that is underground, facilitating the entry of unknown people without a card.

The room is wonderful, people were very attentive, the only thing missing was the sauna that was off ...

I only stayed in the part of the rooms .. I could not know ..
