Commercial buildings with outsourced facilities ... medical service providers, antique shops, snack bar, parking.

The Centro Comercial Link seemed to me to be a modern enterprise, has good signage and is quite wide, with easy access on Avenida Ayrton Senna. It has large parking, but with great prices. By the time I went, around 9:30 am on a Friday, it was already full. If you have so much movement, you could be more friendly with the rates. The landscaping of the place is pleasant and well thought out and the circulation area is wide. Destinations are easily located by signaling totems.

Good space for doctors' offices, but still very empty and without references nearby. There is an AM PM post and Unimed Hospital next door and only. Many shops to sell / rent, passes the feeling of being abandoned. But the infrastructure is good. Large and comfortable rooms.

Great parking, but there is no stopping, so you have to pay for parking far away.

Very mosquito in the basement where there is an oncology center. Laguinho with standing water, which favors. A place where people will treat themselves, with so much mosquito !!!

Pode ser bom para investimento, nunca para morar. Parece um hotel.
