Bad pension advisors, staff unhelpful and dismissive. Send an unhealthy amount of paperwork with no clear way to cancel and then when calling staff are rude and unhelpful and make it difficult

Extremely unhelpful, uncooperative & rude - They don't even put a contact name or signature to their mail communications.
Passed from one dept to many others during my phone contact.
Their representatives are uncomfortable giving answers to straight forward queries & will try to avoid doing so or committing themselves to giving clear answers.

If you want to get a job in there you have to be an " educated fool with money in your mind"!! They don't want people who have bigger and more complex knowledge than they have. You can get a job with no experience and full training will be given, hahahahaha that's the biggest joke. Do not fall for the "you can/will use your own initiative" you gonna be a sheep in a hoard! It was an experience that I never had in my life, but it was time to go for a try.

Horrendous experience, awful company!

Horrendous experience, awful company!

Following the sad and unexpected demise of my 86 year old mother I was tasked with sorting her affairs which included making claims on two life insurance policies.

Reading through Google there are numerous other disgruntled customers which is hardly surprising. To my mind you can't beat the reputation, morals and ethics of someone like Prudential as a much much re viable alternative than this lot.

Attended Royal London, Wilmslow 12/09/2018 for an interview as Service Desk Analyst, a job I had done there previously in 2003. Interview was more like a Police interview (who I have also worked for).

I was asked the same questions again & again in a slightly altered format. Same style used by the above and designed to wear out (or catch out) the interviewee.

With over 20 years experience working for Multi National Companies I decided I had had enough and wasn't prepared endure another 45 mins (interview was scheduled for 90 mins!) of it. So I walked out.
